Bottom line, riding a dirt bike on the street?? What does this remind you of? This is a very immature and typical thing for some people to do. It has been a problem in the big cities. And now you see a 23 year old professional is no different . That is disappointing to say the least.

I have not been able to find out through all of the internet articles yet whether Tray was wearing a helmet or not. I really hope Tray at least had a helmet on. 

Florida does not have a helmet law; I find riders who are not bound by law to wear a helmet typically do not...

OMG, That's terrible, What in the world was he riding a motorcycle for, isn't it stipulated in his contract to not ride any motor vehicles that would endanger his career, I know that accidents happened but this could have been avoidable, I'm hoping the Lord Jesus is protecting him, his career could just be over. I sail a boat in International waters so I'm aware of the dangers, I'm retired now but while I was working I didn't want to chance an accident that would hurt me, my family and friends, I'm praying for your recovery Tray

 That would include a car! More people are injured/die in car accidents annually than motorcycle accidents. 

Some teams enforce that and some don't.
