Joe is part of the NJ Shore scene. Sea Isle could be audible as to not confuse Ocean City MD with Ocean City NJ.

Horrible audible suggestion. Sure the mayor is trying to promote OCMD, however to be useful an audible has to be clearly heard amongst staggering crowd noise levels. That's why Omaha "O MA HA" was used, clearly defining. Even Alaska "A LAS KA" has a definite unique sound. Ocean City would be horrible, as too many soft sounds would be likely to be muffled out when things are on the line. How about the mayor sticks to mayoring and let Joe stick to quaterbacking.
