I am shocked we continue to push cap down the road when the reasons for our problems since the super bowl was all the dead money we had to eat. I don't see clearing all this space when the best of every position is gone and personally I had my fill of the cheap scrubs we got last year as cap casualties that flat out couldn't play. Last I heard we were about 12 mil to the good on the cap and we will get another 9 - 10 when we cut Pitta and Monroe and another 4 or 5 when we come to our senses and release Webb as well. For a team who only signed a 35 year old tight end that's a lot of cap space to move down the road to come back and bite us later to get nothing of quality for it.

I'm sure Ozzie wants to sign him. Overpaying is a different story. They offered KO good money but the Raiders overspent. Why am I hearing the Colts? Are they the most over-rated playoff team year after year. Even when they had Manning. Now they have a busted QB they need to sign and have done nothing in the draft. I was so glad Jim Irsay's bum daddy moved the Colts out of Baltimore.
