Sucks to see KO go but there's some good guards hitting the market and him leaving leaves up with enough cap to keep everyone else (if we want them of course) and then some. Not to mention we could probably knock out a new contract with Tucker now, better do that sooner rather than later really.

No. A grown man that does not understand acceptable public/workplace behavior has little excuse IHMO. If you can't trust someone to do the small things right, why would you pay them to do things that matter? I'm sure the fact he's looking for work also means he's a solid player worth keeping around too.
