On a more serious note, I don't know about you but the fact he mentioned how hard it was to watch football at home tells me he's coming back.

Peyton says "it was absolutely excruciating" to watch a game on TV this year; says he'd watch with sound muted so he didn't hear commentary.

Tomorrow is the day folks. Peyton Manning will officially retire from the NFL. Chris Morteson of ESPN says the announcement will be made at the Broncos facility.

Hallelujah.  Would have been so sad watching him attempt to play another year.  Glad he made this decision rather than going out with a whimper.

NFL Network running praise-Manning-week, wonder if they'll extend it to the month.

They brought Willie McGinest in to talk about Peyton (lol, what does he know?) and he can't go more than two sentences without talking about 'his record' versus Manning and how great Brady was, too, so we don't forget about him. These New England scrubs are brainwashed in a sad way. I'm sure Heath Evans and Tedy Bruschi said similar crap.

Kinda surprised he didn't request a release from Denver so he could sign a one day deal to retire as a Colt. Unless I missed something. It seems kinda messed up for him to do the fans like that.
