If you could only have one player from this draft who would you take?

I would even choose Tunsil if Osemele got resigned lol. Flacco wouldn't get touched on that left side. An o-line of Tunsil, Osemele, and Yanda... Sounds like you broke Madden.

Literally the greatest o line to take the field, ever.

How can you vote against Tunsil? He'd be a Hell of a pick and would lock up the left tackle position for Joe's career. He's also only 21-years-old for God's sake! He's not even done developing. I'd give up our second round pick to get him that's how much I want him here. I doubt TEN trades back, though.

Yeah I love some guys in this draft, but it's Tunsil.  Not even a question for me.

Tunsil. No questions about it.

Agreed. He is the biggest lock to become a perennial All-pro from almost day 1. Every other top talent, besides maybe Jack has a question or two to still be answered. Will Ramsey play CB or Safety? If he does play CB, will he be able to stick with seasoned route runners? Will Bosa be able to adapt to OLB? Combine gives us a little look at athleticism, but that's about it. Also, will his bull rush be enough to take on top Tackles? or would he be designated to stay on the right side of the field to avoid the best pass protectors. Buckner uses a lot of technique and strength to get to the QB, but will his height inhibit him from getting underneath top guard that have a lower center of gravity? Will Hargreaves be able to contest jump balls to big Wide Receivers like AJ Green and Bryant?

I believe most of those questions are overblown, but still raise a little concern, while a prospect like Tunsil delivers great abilities to run block and get up field fast as well as erase the opponent's best pass rusher. I think he will be a stud.

Josh Doctson

Doctson is a Hell of a player. I really like him a lot. He's one of the WR I think quite highly of in this draft at the top.

TUNSIL. Who knows? If the Titans and Chargers go the direction of defense, he may very well fall to us! But, again I like fantasy.

I think they're trying to keep the heavy lifting off of Mariota with their trade of Demarco Murray and signing of center Ben Jones. I think they have to take Tunsil. He improves the run and pass, but I'm not expecting him to be all that great his 1st season

Tunsil only because he makes it all looks effortless. and still young. I heard the Ravens might be interested in trading up with the Titans.... which is unlikely and not very Ozzies way.

I'm the opposite on Doctson, I think he's a bust. Not effort agressivness going out of his routes. I think he's the product of the schemes he's not getting open a lot on his own against tough competition. But its only my opinion and its not worth much. He'll probably be very good. Last year I had Jalen Strong as a bust. He's no bust yet but his off the field issues are a concern

i agree about doctson. i just dont like him. people rave about him catching contested catches and highpointing and his body control but honestly i dont see very much of it, he tracks the ball very well but aside from that i dont see much, his whole college career was made laying out for overthrown balls. he could be another alshon jeffrey but he could just as easily become demetrius williams 2.0, who i actually liked but he never lived up to his potential because ALL he could do was lay out for poorly thrown balls and he hurt himself often by doing so.

ill get on board if i can see him show a 2nd gear, or the ability to chop his feet and get in and out of breaks with even the slightest hint of effort, but mostly id get on board if i could see him actually do what people say he does, he isnt this aggressive catcher and box-out highpointer which is what everyone seems to think, he can catch tough passes but its not the kind of tough catches you can project a strong NFL career off of, overthrowing and laying out like that in the nfl results in players getting their heads nearly taken off OR and interception much more often than in college, until he shows NFL caliber ability to catch a deep ball then ill consider him a mid to late 2nd round project.

i think they could be building a special kind of offense down there. with tunsil and lewan mariota will always have outlets to escape, you cant effectively spy a qb that fast who has great outside protection, if murray gets back to old form and with guys like DGB they could build a dangerous play action and rollout based offense.

Tunsil would be nice but I'm gonna go out on a limb and say buckner. A d line of buckner williams and jernigan is straight up nasty. He would bring an element of interior rushing ability that will make us dangerous. It's weird though bc I'd almost prefer Jack based on the speed, versatility and coverage ability he could add to our D.and it's just more likely. I know the thread is best case scenario its just hard for me to think that way when i know how unlikely it is and how much it would take to jump up. Although bosaa is starting to look like a real possibility as well.
