sign players like Wright and Cox. lose Osemele who is 26 with his best years ahead of him. Next year it will be Brandon Williams and C J Mosley. Looks like another year of a "discount" Ravens team again this year.

He's decent, he played decent. if we get better, he's a good sub. I'm sure we didn't over pay. I want us to get a CB in the first round. Let's get Alexander. He's a play maker. If you want someone that could be a star, I believe he will be available , even if we trade back a few. he's a first rounder, but not going to be the first CB taken. If we could trade back, get Alexander and get another player too, win win.

Yea supposedly the Ravens are very high on Hargreaves and should def be there at number six. Would love to get a pass rusher, but with the holes on the Ravens, the best player available scenario seems to make sense and we need more corners. With Jimmy, Hargreaves and Wright playing for at least 3 more years together would be pretty cool. Hopefully this defense see's a little light, since it has been dark times since Ed Reed and Ray vacated.

sooo what part of this paragraph did you'll miss

"After struggling the first half of the year, the Ravens allowed the fewest passing yards per game in the league (183.3) over the second half of the season. The defense as a whole surrendered the second-fewest yards (291.1) per game in the second half."

and to purpledown, we paid top dollar for Yanda, team didnt know KO would be good at LT also. and youre asinine to think we'll let Williams and Mosley walk.

CJ isn't going anywhere and neither is Brandon...both dudes are under contract this year and next year and will be taking care of. This year is about the core, Kicker, Long-Snapper, Oline(if KO stays), and CB. Watch what you say and pay attention to how we operate.

sucks to be a ravens fan now a days the people up top dont know what they are doing anymore. Terrible drafts, not releasing players when they should be released. Caring more about players being from small schools, or being from maryland, or caring about if some players grew up together instead of thinking about if they can actually play the game smh

I'm sure you don't mind them getting Brandon Williams from a small school. There's 31 other teams you can easily become a fan of.

I think this is a great re-sign, he did play very well after a rocky start.... And as far as losing Osemele, that will be HIS choice after the more than fair contract he was offered by our FO.....

We have no idea what type of contract he was offered by the ravens. Of course they say it was an "aggressive offer" but really we have no idea what the numbers were. KO needs to do what is best for him. This is his first contract and there is no guarantee that he will get another one. He needs to take the money while it is there.

I thought he played nicely down the stretch and rarely was out of position at all. Great signing, now we need a corner in the early rds of the draft, not just a project CB that is very raw lol. I'd take Ramsey, Hargreaves, Alexander, Apple, Jackson III, Fuller, or even Mills in the third from LSU.

Yeah, just ask Torrey - he would have had a legacy in Baltimore, instead he takes a few million more for 2 years in SF before he becomes a cap casualty (and winds up with less money in the end). The Raiders? The Vikings? The Eagles? Those teams are a mess and poorly run franchises. If KO thinks that is worth a few million, then don't let the door hit you.....and thanks for the 3rd Round Comp pick

If KO walks, I hope he gets a monster deal to ensure we get a 3rd rnd comp. In the meantime let's celebrate keeping wright coz the D is almost set. I respect how agressive our FO was with a solid plan B before FA starts.

Hoping KO and Aiken get moster deals so we get nice comps. KO is already gone and looking north of $10m/yr

SMH head on this signing. We use a 4th round pick on Walker yet play guys that were cut. All this talk about improved secondary near the end of the year. That had more to do with softer schedule. Ravens refuse to develop guys they draft. I heard deal was 3 yrs 15 mil. Wright is not worth half that. Expensive secondary for lack of playmakers.

He'll pay that in taxes. His agent screwed him.

I wonder if his agent decided it was best for him.

Letting KO walk. Bringing in Watson, Weddle, and Wallace seems to be like moves a FO doesn't know what they're doing. How about signing Aiken?

It is what it is. Ravens brought in CB's. You can't draft a CB every round like the Steelers.
