2:30 at a bar i would guess disorderly conduct or a fight

He was arrested at a Mexican restaurant not a bar for suspended license due to speeding tickets. Not a big deal

Hmm.. I don't think that warrants suspension for games does it? When Brady continued to play despite duping the game of football and the millions that pay to watch it, a suspended license shouldn't be penalized.

UPDATE from TMZ:

“A rep for Suggs tells us Terrell had gotten into a minor 1-car traffic accident earlier in the night — no one was injured — but someone heard it and called cops.

When cops arrived to the Mexican restaurant … they spoke with Suggs and learned his license had previously been suspended. He was detained for a suspended license and nothing more.

We’re told his suspended license was due to speeding tickets.”

Sounds like we are making this a bigger deal than necessary.

This should not have any suspension from the NFL; this is reportedly a minor traffic accident with a suspended license. No mention of alcohol or drugs or "misconduct" that would varnish the NFL badge. Should not have any major repercussions from this incident

Hey Roger you can smell the money you can get from Suggs. I know if you spend enough time and money you can probably fine him for something.

Nothin to see here. He immediately Informed the team , no suspension or fine will be necessary unless more comes out that he caused an accident or something. But even then I would only expect a small fine.

Still puzzled: either he didn't pay the tickets (not like he's broke) and he would've gotten notified by mail about the suspension or had so many they suspended his license and that would've happened at traffic court (unless he didn't go). Can't see how he didn't know but a minor issue and no action should come of it

You'd be surprised. Its possible he didn't know, or maybe didn't care. Everyday people get arrested for driving suspended, both knowingly and unknowingly.

I'd generally agree that its a bit hard not to know, though.

If I had his money I'd never drive... just call me another limo. :D

An either cheaper option is to have one of your "boys" drive you around.

Not saying it's impossible he didn't know , just unlikely. (very thing happened to me due to child support, had it fixed before suspension date give and all should've been fine. But child support didn't notify MVA, got pulled over and Wham-O)
