Sign Marques Colston to a 2 year deal, recently cut and won't count against comp picks.

If I was the GM, I'd draft a lot better than Oz has in the past 5 years, and I would manage the cap a whole lot better too by not signing old players and players that have had prior injuries (e.g. Perriman). I'd do a lot better at drafting/ picking up free agent WRs and CBs by throwing darts at players names while being blindfolded. Just saying... It's not just the players where we've done a bad job, but we've also done a terrible job with cap management/ dead money. The Squeelers and Bungles have been better than us in most ways, coaching, drafting, cap management over the past couple of years. We don't make the playoffs until 2017/ 2018 because of the hole we're in. How can we get excited about two retirees coming back (Suggs/ SSS)? We need to get young asap.

if RAMSEY'S not there,i would draft a QB at #6 we won't be in this position for a long time probably,or draft back with another desperate team and get a later 1st rounder.

A fan as the GM?

Single scariest thought I've ever heard.

Every single one of them would draft worse, sign worse, and certainly manage the cap exponentially worse than we currently do.

Wouldn't be close either.

Simple, Hire myself as a permanent consultant and just watch Ozzie and Decostra work, Learning from the best is a good way to actually earning the job.

Well, yes, although based on what I've seen on these boards, Daniel Snyder is exponentially better at talent evaluation and cap spending than fans would be.

Fans think great QBs grow on trees. It took Snyder a long time to figure out they didn't, but at least he figured it out eventually. Fans still have no clue.
