We're pretty banged up and didn't play so well in the last game... I'm not going to pick up the pom-poms and book a trip to Tampa quite yet...

Don't get me wrong but I don't think you guys played a great game either. I thought the Steelers could have beaten both Titans and Ravens the way they played. HOWEVER, I'm pretty confident you guys will bring the A-Game next week. I'm hoping our awful AFC home championship record doesn't come and haunt us again :)

It is really going to depend on HOW healthy we are, and if our players that got hurt are going to be close to 100%. Yes, Suggs is playing, but will he be the normal Suggs we know?

We have a chance to win, absolutely, but I'm not going into this game expecting a win, like I did after we beat Miami.

San Diego didn't even give Pittsburg a physical game. They are well-rested with a nice practice. Now they are ready for us, a beaten up tired team.

Don't get me wrong, I know we can beat them. But this could be another one that is hard to watch.

I don't think we played nearly as bad as everyone thinks...if anything, last week showed that we can win ugly against a tough opponent.
Bottom line is we held Tennessee to 10 points, and their offense is at least as good as Pittsburgh's (honestly, it's better)

But this is yet another Bal / Pit game. No magic formula to victory for either team. Both teams need to shut down the run and big plays, and force turnovers. Whoever does more of that wins.

I'm grateful for the extra day of rest! That will pay large dividends for us. Many of the guys watched the Steelers game from home on Sunday.

The extra day of rest hopefully will really help our guys. If we can get well rested, I know we will be emotionally charged enough to bring it all and hopefully win.

I agree. I had a hard time watching last weeks game knowing that the game was constantly on the line when Tennessee got the ball. However, if we proved ourselves to beat a team like that as poorly as we played than it means that we can only go up with our playing. Let's get ready for a hard game and hope that our boys are ready to knock 'em out. :D

We are also not playing a team that has nearly as many injuries as we do so this is definitely going to be a factor in our game style and strategy. Let's keep our offense on the field longer!
