Using the franchise tag on Tucker will be fine. IMHO he is the only one we would use it on anyway and it would not really hurt our cap situation to use it on a kicker.

Given we don't have anyone else who we can really use the tag on, this is the obvious approach. Still hope we get a long term deal done, but he's a Raven for the foreseeable future.
