[News] Strongest And Weakest Positions In 2016 Draft

15 posts in this topic

I dont`t think we need to draft wide receiver high, or a tight end. Pulling a trigger on WR with high upside might be best solution. Our offense last year was decent, we were just hurting ourselves with too many turnovers. But that partially resulted to the fact our defense was unable to stop opponents and our offense had to risk more than is reasonable. I just say we need add depth to OL. Returning defense to the top10 maybe top5 is much higher priority. We need pass rusher, or cover corner!!!

this is a deep draft for pass rushers so ozzie can wait and get a pass rusher later in the draft if he wants. The yards our defense gave up, the lack of skilled WRs we had this season is still a problem. If treadwell is there we should get him. we need to be able to put up points and there comparing this kid to julio jones. Him and perriman together with flaccos arm? were back on top

Draft a OLB/DB (Bosa, Ramsey or Myles Jack) in the first round and DT in the second or move up a bit if Andrew Billings slides into the second to take him! I think he is going to be a monster.

He's nowhere near as fast as Julio nor as polished. I would say he's a better hands version of Devin Funchess or Kenny Britt/Brandon LaFell type player....not exactly 6th overall material.

I don't know who is comparing him to Julio but they are being extremely generous. I wouldn't take him until pick 12 or 15. Another article posted today sort of gives an overview of the situation

if osemele leaves than o-line becomes the top priority. need to protect your highest paid player that happens to be the qb coming off of a knee injury. if osemele stays than defense must be addressed early

I agree fully!

Don't know if I'm the only one to think this but I would love to see the ravens pick up Antonio Cromartie in free agency and then make a move to grab Bosa. Would really solidify the defense all the way around.

If Ramsey is gone and either Bosa or Buckner is there, that's their pick. In that order IMO. The only way one of those three are not their pick is because all three are gone. Ozzie will not pass on that kind of talent.

Cromartie is way way way past his prime. The last thing this team needs is another slow, old, and unreliable corner.

"The defensive line has a lot talent at the top and depth". And to think this was written by a professional writer.

He should have watched the Super Bowl. An number one wide receiver could not help either team. DEFENSE. Ravens struck out in 2013 on their draft picks trying to fix the issues but they need to try again.

I agree with this! Defense should be the top priority if they plan to return as a top tier team. However, Trestman could use a quick, shifty slot receiver that can remain healthy. One other problem were the penalties and turnovers that impacted last season.
