Bandon Williams is already a beast. Not much else he can do.. maybe get a couple more sacks but he eats up blocks and stops the run. Shoulda been pro bowler this year. Jernigan can get better, he had what 4 sacks? Hes a DT like Suh or Donald.. a pass rush type.. so if he can double his sack total up to 8-10 range for a DT thats pro bowl,all pro numbers.

Side Note... Rams just Cut Chris Long.30yrs old DE(Howie Longs son) 55 sacks.. there could be a option for Ozzie to consider Long has 4-5 good years left. Need pass rush.. possible F/A Option

If I can be honest here this is truly how I feel. Williams is pretty one dimesional as a player. He is stout in the middle, doesn't give up leverage and can shed blocks to stop the run. A very good player in the middle for the Ravens for sure. Jernigan on the other hand has a ceiling that is much higher and he's a beast in the making. Should he work hard during the off season, improve his conditioning and start playing the game like he loved nothing else, he would become an unstoppable force for us for the next 8 yrs for sure!

Job number 1 for the Ravens is to work on an extension for Williams. Jernigan cannot stay healthy.

In my opinion, I don't think either Brandon nor Timmy has reached their playing potential yet, both are young, and will get better. ?

I'd love that if we could get him for about $4 million a year.

 Long would be a terrible fit for our defense, there is no way you are converting him to an OLB.

When was Ngata a greedy player? In fact he played out of position for the benefit of the team for years. Played banged up more than most. And yet played at a pro bowl level every single year he was here. Why don't you wish him the best wherever he goes?
