Whats your favorite 1-2 round combo?

Can I just ask the difference between Spence and Yannick or Floyd? They're all labeled as guys that win with speed and burst, but cruelly lack upper body strength, so what is it that is so special with Spence?

Honestly if I had to guess who we have as our top 2 players it's gotta be the obvious in Bosa and Ramsey, although I think Smith could still be in play and even Jack.

I don't know what it is, but I think our big board may be in no particular order: Tunsil, Stanley(unless we sign KO-please, please make this happen), Bosa, Buckner, Spence, Ramsey and VH3.

I think Smith's knee will knock him out for his rookie season and we can't afford another 1st rounder to have this happen.

I think Jack is interesting, but I also think the knee is worse than reported and he is not a direct need.

Jack is a need because he can play coverage as well as a CB. People love comparing him to Bucannon but he's still a safety in coverage while Jack plays as well as a CB and can man up with a WR toe to toe downfield. I doubt he'll do this against guys like Antonio Brown, but I trust him against guys like Boldin. Not sure on the knee.

Jaylon Smith is already walking without crutches or a brace. This kid could be a fantastic healer. There a freak healers out there defying recovery timetables. If we had Smith top of our board before, and he's showing the ability to walk now without support this early, then I think he'll do just fine to open the year.

I'm sure Tunsil us at the top but I don't see him falling to us. Even the Cowboys could take him. I know, why would they do that? Because they'd have the best OL in football for years and pressure comes from everywhere now not just LT. I don't think we have any shot at Tunsil unless he gets arrested for beating up a cop while smoking a blunt after attempting to rob a bank with an assault rifle he stole after stealing a car moments before as his getaway car.

Heard reports that he had something on his knee that may indicate nerve damage. Something called an AFO.

We'll have to see. There's a lot of misdirection at this time of the year. I recall many concerns surrounding our own CJ Mosley regarding his shoulder yet we took him. Very different scenario since he didn't brutally destroy his shoulder unlike Smith, and while Lattimore may be a better comparison, it's hard to say since their recovery appears different even now.

This is one of those things I won't believe until draft day. So many false reports on both sides, but I will always believe what my eyes show me and I saw Smith walk without support.

I'm taking. Spence 1st round. After moving back.

I'm taking CJ Prosise 4th maybe Drake after his pro day. Slot/Back

Take a flyer with another 4th RB.  Hybrid type comp pick.

1st second would be DB undetermined pre combine.

2nd second Boyd/Shepard/Fuller

Spence then trade up for Nkemdiche. Ravens will be a top team as far as getting to QB.

Both of those guys are talented but I would only take one of the two.

Yea that would be extremely risky, taking two guys with off-field issues.  Not saying Spence is addicted to anything, but most offenders become repeat offenders.

If you pick enough different players, essentially everyone will be on "your" wagon

Except he never stated it was his wagon..

"The Jack wagon" never once mentions anything about "my"

"I like it.  I've been all about myles jack since I made my mock awhile back, glad to see others coming around.   I'd be very happy with this draft.  I don't think elliot falls that far though. "

"Im a huge advocate for Myles Jack, I did the first mock here with us taking him, caught some crap for it but it has caught on as it seems."

"As everyone knows, as I continue to state it, I love the Myles Jack pick."

"I wouldn't be shocked if we ended up with HG3, im not sold on him entirely for that early of a pick, everyone knows im all about Myles Jack."

"Love it.   Im glad the myles jack train is catching steam, when I mocked him to us about  a month ago I thought I was going to be the only one. "

"Im happy with that.  Ever since I mocked us getting Myles Jack awhile back the idea has seem to come around."

"Haha yes....I love that others have taken to the Myles Jack idea.  Jack has been my guy for awhile now, add in fuller and id be happy, nicely done."

"Nice to see someone else on the Jack wagon.  when I posted my mock with us taking him at 6 I was the only one really suggesting that."

I like how we act like we own certain players. Gabe, LiT and myself were originally the only people really talking about Myles Jack during the early part of the season and before the season began. Does that mean we started the bandwagon and "discovered" Jack, who was widely viewed as a top LB before the injury.

I think one of your posts made me read up on him long time.  I was never big NCAA fan, learned a lot about players in this part of the forum talking with you guys.

I could care less. Just remarking on how nobody really owns a "bandwagon." That's a silly notion.

Jack's a beast. He's like a LB Haloti Ngata. He plays DB, RB, and LB. The guy is seriously talented and anyone suggesting otherwise really should evaluate how they see prospects, imo. Nothing wrong with having concerns about his style, and there are certainly schemes where he's better suited; however, like those concerned with Bosa fitting here in the 3-4, I just don't think scheme concerns are greatly warranted very often. I find it very rare that these concerns are realized if the player is an exceptional player. For instance, Michael Bennett fell due to scheme concerns; however, I sincerely doubt anyone passes on Aaron Donald or Von Miller because of their scheme fits. FWIW, I recall people saying Miller fit best in the 4-3 as a LB, but he has killed it as a 3-4 OLB, so I find these concerns about elite prospects to be completely unwarranted.

I think the confusion comes from the fact that people can own wagons and that people can own bands. They think simply because the two words are combined that they share the same properties but that is not the case.

My favorite 1-2 combo is Joey Bosa and then Kendall Fuller. This is a real hard one for me, though, because I really love the combination of Ramsey and Spence. I think both are realistic. If I were betting money these are the combinations I'd bet on the Ravens taking. Bosa & Fuller is just the best combination because they both provide an immediate upgrade to an area where the team struggles. Fuller is the best ballhawk in the entire draft class with great coverage skills that people like to over-analyze but this guy would be a beast in the cover 2 and I think he can hold his own in man. I have said it many times but I absolutely love how he would fit with Frazier in terms of development and across from Jimmy Smith. Fuller would certainly add to our interceptions without a doubt in my mind.

Bosa, meanwhile, is an excellent prospect for this team in every way. He fits the mold of a Ravens OLB. I think he will be the pick if he is there. I believe he will be due to the 40 but we will see. Ramsey is another I think we will want. I keep going back and forth between who is going to be there but we will get one of Bosa or Ramsey. Book it.

Will you turn your font pink if they aren't there?
