Are PSLs like a contract?

2 posts in this topic

I just learned fans who bought PSLs they have rights to that seat or seats to that ball club. I just read about some St Louis Rams fans who own PSLs thought 2021. That means even the team is in L.A now those fans have rights to the Rams in L.A. That means certain number of seats the Rams cannot sell because they have a contract. Its like owners or the club even own the players and can do whatever they want with them cause they have a contract with the team. So its the same way with PSLs you own the rights to your seat. If that team moves they cannot resell your seat only you can. Damn i only wish IRSAY would make those PSLs in Baltimore so that way i would hold a grunge with them. I was a colts season ticket holder from 1981- 1983

Yes, they are a contract BUT the contract specifies that they only pertain to the games "played by the Baltimore Ravens football team at the Football Stadium constructed or to be constructed at Camden Yards located in the City of Baltimore, Maryland".  Additionally "Licensee acknowledges that this agreement remains valid only as long as NFL Football is played at the Stadium by Licensor."
