edit* he's being mocked around the 10-14 range

Because his knee issues are scaring off some teams. He's easily a top 5 talent in the draft, but teams don't want a guy that'll get hurt often.

Tunsil possibly dropping because of this could mean Bosa and Ramsey likely going earlier, and increasing the odds of the Ravens using Tunsil and Zeke as trade bait.
