Trent Dilfer for the amount of flak he takes for being a game manager who didn't deserve to be SB champion was way better than Peyton Manning for his 2nd SB win or Ben Roethlisberger for his first period.

 People like to rag on Trent but he was more than a game manager.Trent Dilfer had 2 Beautiful passes, one to Brandon Stokley for a Touchdown and one to Quadry Ismail that was almost a touchdown. In 2000 we had one of the best defenses of all time, but we don't win without Trent.

Dilfer wasn't really that bad in his SB. He threw a perfect deep ball to Stokely that gave us an early lead, and I knew our defense wasn't going to give it up. He completion % was terrible, but he managed the game well, didn't turn it over, and he made a big play that gave us control of the game.
