Jersey shop question

I have a couple questions I guess...

So I was just looking at Ravens jerseys online and I noticed something that bothers me.

 

Why do some jerseys have the black collar and others dont? The present jerseys dont have any color on the collar! I thought maybe because Ray Lewis last played in those jerseys? But I look at Steve Smith sr and they have the same thing. Black collars!

 

The ones with the black collars are cheaper though. But is there a reason behind this or do they not really have them? Cause I know sometimes its done by the computer and perhaps they used the old 2012 default jerseys.

The one with the twenty year patch is not a premier like the 149.00 dollar one meaning the first one has all iron on stuff where as the premier has a the sewn numbers and letters and I personally think they  look better.

So i should look for premier cause its the closest to accurate?

I would, I read somewhere that Under Armour will be doing uniforms next year or two, I could be wrong, but I am holding out for that.  I was not fond of the Nike product in 1999 they just don't fit my body correctly.
