Who is planning on buying XCom 2?

I saw the commercial for XCom 2 during the premiere episode of the 2016 revival for The X-Files and thought it would be a really cool game. I've played XCom: Enemy Unknown and liked that game. I'm planning on buying XCom 2 since it's the sequel to XCom: Enemy Unknown.

I've played some of the X-Com series dating back to the original one for the PC and it was awesome for its day. The sequels left a lot to be desired. They also brought out a first person shooter version of it on PC that was terrible.

They brought out a couple on PS3, I think one was a FPS version, and then they released Enemy Unknown which was a nostalgic trip down memory lane in a lot of ways to the very first original masterpiece. It was a dumbed down version of the original and the game play was a little different, but all in all they did a pretty good job of rebooting the game for the console. I don't really know what the new one will be like, but if they make it anything like the last one it will most likely be a very enjoyable game.

What I have read is that now X-Com will be a rogue company as the government has taken its funding away. That will be a major departure from how the game plays because part of it, and a major part of it actually, used to be constructing your facility (or facilities in the very first PC version) with research areas and such to progress your way through the alien technology to build bigger, better, and badder things.
