We were actually in Hawaii from 2007-2010 and seen the teams practicing at Aloha Stadium and also seen a lot of players at Red Lobster. We didn't get to meet any though. Also another time, there was some sort of football camp going on that my kids got to participate in, it was pretty cool even though we didn't recognize any of the players names.

with how they limit defenses, would almost rather see a punt/pass/kick, track competition, or have everyone play a different sport such as baseball or something

Hype it if you wish, but the NFL world watches the drama with glazed eyes. Nobody cares about the pro bowl anymore seriously. It ought to be cancelled.

Doom has been around a while, and i am sure he much rather have made the PB based on his play and not as a Alternate, he is just that kind of player...Last year he knew he earned it and it showed, this year he looks like he is just going through the motions....JMO...

Nobody watches ONE thing, let alone five. The NFL "ALL-STAR" game now, is as bad as the NHL all-star game. They're both so bad, they play at the same time, cause no one watches either one anymore. Heck, you can't even tell who plays for either side anymore.

The Pro Bowl remains a joke. From the sounds of it, yesterday's version was more of the same. Haven't watched it for years. Time to scrap it.... Oh yeah, that'll never happen. It's the NFL...that equals money for the league and nothing for the fans...
