It depends on how active you want to be in trades (you have the option to be notified by mail if you get a pm with trade offers), cuts and free agency but for the draft you should be checking the board once a day.

Let's say 5-10 mins per day and you should be fine easily imo

As much as you want to be committed for most of the game.  The only time we'd really need heavy activity is during the draft, and that's mostly just checking in to see how close you are to being on the clock.  In the FA portion, you can be as active as you want.  If there's a certain position group you want to prioritize in FA, then I'd recommend being active in that 24 hour period of FA.  Otherwise, you can pick and choose how much time you need to commit.

Crush will probably do the selection order with the randomizer tonight with team selections starting 7pm tomorrow night.

Well likely have someone from outside of the game do it for us, just to ensure fair play. We all know Crush is the least trustworthy person here.

I came in after the randomizer last season, so I definitely didn't know about how teams were divided up until I read the rules thread. Hopefully I don't miss the beginning of the draft tomorrow as I'll be in a meeting but it won't last longer than 1 1/2 hours.  Appointment starts at 6:30.

When are we allowing trades...I always find that it is so crazy once the game starts and there was a little buffer time...I think in the NFL trades cannot occur until the start of the league year or FA--I would much prefer this but I may be in the minority of not being a trade enthusiast

A little bit after everyone officially has a team.  I do understand that the trades and all might be a bit crazy and unrealistic, but it's a game where it's hard to stay stagnant and keep interest.

And you would not be able to control whether someone is discussing trades even though they aren't allowed so allowing it is the best option.

Obviously nothing confirmed yet, but since I'm the only CoCo member that's been around since we've officially filled up...

The goal is to have the list randomized tonight with the official draft process starting tomorrow at 7pm EST.  If for some reason that doesn't work, I imagine it'd be pushed to Wednesday at 7pm EST.

I think at this point, I might be the only one but I'm not worried about when we pick teams. I'm more concerned with where I pick so I can get an idea of if I have to do anymore research or there is a chance I get the team I want.
