Absolutely.  Wouldn't want to bring up a player much less a team that hasn't been thought of before, only to change someones mind that decided hey wait, maybe the Potomac Drainage Basin would be a good team after all.

Not to spoil the mood, but Inqui's picture just made me remember something.

I've wondered how much the new forum design changes this game & the picture aspect. These pages now hold a lot more posts. I can certainly see them [pages] running much slower if a bunch of people put in GIFs. I'd probably throw out a little friendly public service announcement that people may want to avoid that this year until we really understand how this new forum works.

Yeah, I think it's the same principle because someone may get jittery and second-guess themselves and end up taking a team/player they otherwise wouldn't have because they start to wonder if they missed something. Even if you disregard the trivial aspect of the idea of inception (I suppose that's what it is, DiCaprio would be proud) as a mere means of taking from someone else who wanted the team the other person took, that person who took the team or player someone else mentioned could end up regretting it, which would then be unfair to the person who was swayed to change their original opinion.

I've already brought this up in the bug thread. On mobile I'm bracing for my browser to experience a LOT of crashes. It'd be nice if we can get the option to change it to 10 or back to 20 or something.

Weren't we just telling dubs which teams were still available? How did we get back into this discussion?

Maybe that was your intention, but it sounds more like you were surprised they fell this far after you had them last year. So, no, it doesn't sound like you were telling Dubs the teams left. Others did that, and while I'm not personally calling you out on it, I am telling you that your post really doesn't make sense in context with the other posts I put here. I don't think I am alone in this. 

It's no big deal, it's over with, & I don't think anymore would've been said on it. People who wanted to say something did, etc.

But I never really "discussed" the team per se. It was simply a saddened reaction on my part because of my connections with them last year,not a suprised reaction based off of relative roster talent or cap space.

This sucks. My computer doesn't load everything on this message board anymore. Every other website works fine. I can barely sift through and read stuff on here. Anyone know anything I can try to do?

Yeah the new update has really slowed mobile down for me. Hate how every new update needs to take up more data on everything, just weighs stuff down.

There's a certain player on one of the two teams I'm torn between with a massive, massive roster bonus. I'm talking double digits. His base salary, however, is less than two million. If I use the June 1st designation, will I be able to recoup the roster bonus if he's traded or released?

No worries, took me a bit to figure out who to go for as well when I came up. People did a pretty good job of taking the top guys on my board this year. I was left with my bottom 5 and 2 top 10 teams went within a few picks of me. Granted I had a couple teams ranked low because I didn't want to be them but had to go that route with the Steelers because it was that bad. 

I don't know if I told everyone this but even though I was picking at 31 last year, I had the Rams pretty high on my list and they were probably the team I had planned for the most. Not as much preparation this go around.
