It is finally here! The signups for the 2016 Forum Mock will open tonight at 7pm EST (about 3 hours from now). I'm posting this thread now just to give a bit of advanced notice. A rules thread is also about to be posted. Remember, don't post in that. Any questions you have about that goes in here.

This will be the general discussion thread to use until the game actually starts.  Once the game starts, we have have a different thread.

For now, discuss away with questions and such.

Question,if a player gets a new contract/restructeres his contract in lets say 1 month, does the new contract or the old one count against the cap?

Cap will lock in at the official start of the game.  What it is at that point is what it will stay.

I can't remember how we worked comp picks.  Considering last year we started the draft on March 1, it was before comp picks had been allotted.  Not sure if we added them in later or not.

They were announced before we got to that portion of the draft.  In the even they weren't/aren't, we were going to use OTC's projection list.

We did as they were announced in time before we got to the end of Round3 if I remember correctly
