is the vote up or down feature still available on the site?.

Yeah, but now you have to view the thread in the forums instead of being able to vote while viewing it on the article page. Downgrade.

is the vote up or down feature still available on the site?.

As I see, only in the forum view (accessed through the time stamp as usual).

The vet WR I think will be interesting to keep an eye on in the off season is Roddy White. Tell you why:
- he's a great WR with huge skillset and experience;
- he has a fair chance to be cut - so he wouldn't count against our comp pick crop
- if he's cut, hell have a huge chip on his shoulder - just like Steve Smith did: he'll want toshow the world and the Falcons he still has it.
- he caught passes from Matt Ryan, so he's used to working with a great deep passer, like Flacco.
- as he's not exactly young and is clearly on the back eight of his career, so he could be brought in on the (relatively) cheap - like Steve Smith.

I agree. The +,- creates more engagement on the site. But the reply window threads are nice.

I don't see us having the cap room for any of those guys in FA, but I'm very excited about the amount of quality free agents that will be available. And as we know, Ozzie has a tendency to find them. However, if he does make a splash for one of these high dollar guys it would definitely be exciting.

Questions to "The Mods" should be directed via private message.  If you would like, a list of the mods logged in would be located at the bottom of the forums home page in blue.  We can help you better that way.  Or, for now, we have a thread called "The Bug List."  Your posts are showing.

Not a fan of the new format - no sorting features to see up and down votes without going into the forums. It's an interesting choice to take a platform that ostensibly has inferior features to the prior version. Also, is anyone else getting messages that their information is being posted to Ticketmaster now? I can't make the warnings stop even if I accept.

On a substantive note, that free agent list really turns into a mirage. While it's fun to dream about picking up some superstars, the Ravens front office is too disciplined to take the plunge. Just look at the Eagles of the past few years, Ndamdi Asomugha (spelling), Byron Maxwell, DeMarco Murray, the Bradford trade. Miami and Suh. Hunting the top free agents talent causes major issues elsewhere on the roster scales. Teams rarely live by free agency, but often die by it.

Your lucky all my posts are being deleted.
Hopefully this "new format" doesnt last and it is reverted back.

Do not see us doing anything meaningful in FA other then trying to create some cap space.

With comp picks being tradable next year will wait for cap casualties and use the draft

The +/- is the most irrelevant thing here. Passive aggressive internet bullying, it does the exact opposite of promote engagement.

You can reply without having to go to forum, and the conversations show in collapsible threads. Way more important. Dramatic UPgrade.

Roddy White for 1 yr with option would be a worth a shot if he is a cap casualty. Jeffery is strong, I like Keenan Allen on a long term deal, if we are really going to make a play for a FA or RFA. put an offer up there and see what happens. Why not?

I don't think that'll happen. It seems to me that the harsher the situation, the calmer he reacts. And that's usually the best strategy on the long run.

Totally agree. Just some wishful thinking lol

Sean Smith or Jenkins would be sneaky under the radar great pick ups if they came at the right price because they are both talented and aggressive. Unfortunately,we must face it, unless we steal a player like we did with Doom, we will never over-pursue a player in a bidding war. Realistically, the only reason we would or should do it is if we think we are one or two pieces away from a championship, e.g. the patriots signing Revis to win a ring. We are realistically 2-4 blue chip players away though.

Dunno... I liked the up-/downvote option in this view. Yep, some used it to vent frustration and personal disagreement (see the guy who negged each and every one of my comments he could for days a couple of years back, including one that only said "Go Ravens!" :D), but it was mostly a good indicator of how popular certain opinions and ideas were...

But hey, I guess we can all live - and even be quite hjappy - without it :D

The no +/- option is probably the worst part of this new format, the only way you don't miss it or think it was irrelevant is if you got negged a lot. Now you have to read nearly every comment just to see if someone had a good comment or a popular opinion, it was low key one of the coolest things about the site. it kinda takes the fun out of commenting now. Who didn't like seeing that your comment got a bunch of likes?

Jenkins wouldn't be a good choice to sign. Two years ago, him and Smith Sr. had a huge feud in a game between the Panthers and Rams. Jenkins even insulted Smith's wife. Jenkins would be a good choice to sign if you're trying to get him killed.

Agree on all points, add- He would compliment Steve Smith well with his speed and skill set. imagine Defenses having to cover a Steve Smith, Roddy White and healthy Perriman ( or Aiken) when all are on fire....not gonna happen. Add in our solid TE's. Flacco, a solid RB, O-line and there is what I believe to be a solid, reasonably aged, decent experienced, very skilled offense. I need I see might be the OT position.

Looking at the list, I just want to say I can't believe Jacoby Jones went to Pittsburgh. I mean, I know this is their job and it's all about business, and for the most part they all get along, the fans take it more serious...but...playing for a major rival when the coach tried to trip you, is when it would get personal to me as a player.

I hear ya (wouldn't had been so bad if we didn't struggle on kick returns and loss half our receivers) but hopefully he'll drop/fumble at a key time against us and make us feel better :)

My comment seems to have disappeared, thanks for sharing this info. It reminds me of when they fired their kicker even though a lot of kickers were missing field goals during that time.
