Rule page?

Hello, I was wondering if someone could direct me to the forum rules? I just signed up today and seem unable to reply to threads in Ravens Talk or the Draft forums, is there a waiting policy for new members?

changed "post" to "reply to" as I seemingly can post my own thread, but not reply to others

We're in the midst of an upgrade and I can't currently find the rules.  I will post a link if I locate them.  As a new member, you should be able to reply in current threads (pending review), but you can not start a new one until you have 15 approved posts.  This helps the new members get acclimated to our customs and also helps weed out spammers.

Alright then, thanks for letting me know. Is this upgrade causing an error for others posting as well, or am I just missing something? I see I have the option to quote and reply in this thread, but it doesn't appear to be there on other boards...

This is the first we've heard that, but things are changing constantly.  We have a Bug List.  Please see if you can post In this thread

Still no reply box on Ravens Talk or the Draft forum, although it doesn't seem to affect everyone as there are new posts. I was able to post it in the bug list thread. Thanks for the help
