For the record, the forum software IS out-sourced.  It's the same product that many NFL teams are using.

Only way I know if someone quotes me is if I go back and look. No notification updates. 

 

And when I try to respond on a thread that I've previously replied on, all my old text and previous quote auto fills & I can't delete the whole thing to post again. 

 

Im on iPhone and punctuation randomly doesn't autocorrect  

 

Browsing is much worse. Takes much longer to scroll through.

Go to notification settings and the option to get notified for a quote should be there. Everyone has to do it manually after a minor adjustment to the boards.

You're not the only one experiencing the quote problem, and it's been brought up a few times - sadly to no avail yet. If it helps, you can select the top left corner of the quote box and that should make it easier to delete. But I agree that's something that needs to be looked it. If nothing else, it'd be nice to at least have the option to use the old IP Mobile Board - made browsing much simpler.

The only addition that was needed for the old mobile board was to jump from page 1 to 6 easily.

Yup, all crap.  Why would you change something to a much more inferior version is beyond me.  Statistics show that almost 70% of all web browsing is done by a phone these days.  Yet, NFL/Ravens (whoever) decided it was prudent to nix the fast IP Board Mobile option?  Smart!

Totally agree with you. If they're smart it will be completely revamped again. I expect the number of users & activity to steadily decline.

 

It's not that I hate change, I just don't welcome unnecessary & illogical modifications being disguised as upgrades when a large % of overall users are getting screwed. All for the sake of what? Is it  contractually binded to use this particular program or is it 'keeping up' with other NFL official forums that run this horror show as well?

Thanks for letting me know about notification change. You'd think something as important as that for a forum would just happen automatically...

iPad app on video page you have the four preseason games.  Preseason 3 has Panthers vs Lions instead of Lions vs Ravens because it's a home game.  The teams are wrong and it has it at the Lions instead of Home.

i can't open any threads created by member sivled on mobile. It freezes up and tells me I can't connect. It's only for his threads.

I'm sick of this bug that causes a previously quoted post to appear when I try to post in a thread. I'm beyond sick of it. This new format has been out for what feels like months now and it's still like this?! It's beyond frustrating and I'm frankly fed up with it!

Update: I've discovered that if I click on the very first video in the carousel, it playes fine, if autoplay is on, the next video loads fine, too - but when I click on the video directly - either in the carousel or in the video thumbnail list below - it won't load...

 

Update #2: even with the carousel autoplay mode it doesn't go past video #3.

It's above my pay grade lol and that's not hard since mods are volunteers lol.  Admins 1 and 3, 4try very hard to keep us in the loop with stuff like updates and other tweaks

There seems to be a problem with today's LFW article. When I click on the link on the br.com landing page, I get the following error message:

I don't think the article has "expired" - since it can't be up for more than like half an hour... And I also don't think it's been deleted... so, what's the deal here?

Update: now I see the link's been removed from the landing site. Whats happening? The article's being rewritten in lgiht of the fresh news about Monroe confirming his retirmenet?

 

Update #2: I see now it's back, and now it opens.
