We know what we are told and as soon as I know I will post it.  The bloggers/ admins  would much rather have the Flocks ability to post in a smooth stable manner then the ability to neg rep someone, they are quite aware of members liking that function .  Think of the rep system as sprinkles on your ice cream -- can't have the the sprinkles if the cream is a solid block.

Posting is starting to become nearly impossible for me on mobile..if I go to reply in a thread that I've previously replied in, whether I'm quoting somebody or not, every single reply appears in the box. If I did previously quote somebody those appear too. I am able to delete the previous posts and still reply(although it is extremely difficult with my cursor still mysteriously  jumping around) but I am unable to delete the "quote boxes" if that makes any sense.. it is becoming a huge problem and makes it very hard for other users to follow who's saying what and etc.

I thought sprinkles were the multi colored ones and jimmies were the chocolate ones? Either way, I want some too.

Yeah, best I can do on mobile is lurk at this point. Posting is too much of a hassle.

You should dump the mobile format and go full site.  It's much more mobile friendly now.

It's actually really starting to annoy me now though, that the Ravens logo doesn't take me back to the forum homepage. That's a huge oversight

How do i Do that? Usually i Remember seein that Option at the bottom but i Dont See it now. I hope you are correct- bc im About to just become a spectator when im Away from home, which is the majority of the time. Im Sure Most people wont Miss me too much anyway.

Another small bug that I noticed..when I go to submit a post the "notify me of replys" button says "this feild is required"  -even though I selected one. Usually I'll  have to toggle it back and forth or just hit the submit button several times for the post to go through and register.

There is definitely something odd about your experience.  You're having way more issues than average and your quotes are still garbled.

Maybe it is the particular phone im Using? I have noticed that its getting a little better..its just so strange how it happens randomly..You would think If it Were A bug it would do it all the time . I actually think i Have less issues in diffrent forums for some Reason too. Like in this forum when i Hit reply allmy previous posts dont Show up- but in the others they do. Odd.

Getting back to the forum homepage has been the biggest issue for me.  Too many steps when, as you said, the Ravens logo is just sitting at the top waiting to be clicked.

 

Otherwise, getting to the last read post by simply clicking on the thread title would be nice again.  The star/circle on the left does work, but it's very small.  I struggle with it at times, so I can't imagine what people with "fat fingers" are going through.

I sent off a list last night and it reads like this

Unless I'm missing the button (thought it might have been the centered ravens logo on mobile) getting back to the boards main page from here requires me to hit back to this forum, back to the   Subset of forums, and then to the main page. The old way where the center link took you back to the main page was quicker to navigate and more user friendlier.

Clicking "Mark site read" (upper right on the forum index page) used to redirect to the index page itself since the upgrade. Now it doesn't - rather leaves you on the current page. Is it possible to have the redirect back?

Why don't we have the option to disable emails whenever a PM arrives? I finally got around to switching them off because it's a pain to get 30 emails a day, but it seems like a curious thing to remove the option on.

Sorry, I forgot to add that to my post as well. We also don't need the notification we get a PM because the PM message pops up when you log on any way

The third thing I'd add is the option to make thread pages smaller on mobile (ie, fewer posts per page). My browser's already crashed a few times and I can foresee it getting ugly when the mock draft starts.

Overall I don't mind the new layout as I do my posting on desktop now. But there are a few simple fixes that would go a long way to make the forums easier to browse on. Starting with adding that central hyperlink to go straight to the home page.

We're all unhappy about that and hope one of our administrators will remove that restriction.  I accidentally deleted an email I wanted while trying to clear out the notifications.

Sweet, good to hear there's a lot of weight behind getting that option enabled again. I've probably received close to 2000 PMs in the past year alone and I'd go nuts if I got 2000 more emails that are honestly redundant at best.

Someone mentioned in their status they can't sign out, so I tried and it seems to be a bug with that form/script. Not sure if it was reported previously.
