How many Fullbacks are in the league?

How many passes does he catch and how is his run blocking and he also played TE in college as well the 4th or 5th round pick was worth it

I will question the 2010 and 2012 drafts as bad even 2013 is a little early to tell I get Elam hasn't been great but he started for a yer and a half and had shown improvement before getting hurt last year. Arthur Brown in hind sight hasn't worked out but the rest of the 13 class was solid and 14 and 15 are still early to judge but I like those so far.

2010 Kindle Cody Dickson Pitta Reed Jones Harewood. Even Pitta before injuries and Jones were good players and starters and Dickson was ok and a starter before Pitta

2012 Upshaw KO Pierce Gradkowski Thompson Jackson Streeter Tyson even there Upshaw while disappointing was a starter and solid contributor KO was good and Tyson is a rotational piece on the D-Line

I do seriously question why we have 7 tight ends on the current roster (even though Pitta will obviously be cut). The Watson signing seems like a poor use of resources, especially considering it will cost one of our two comp. picks (and that's assuming Upshaw qualifies for one). I'm guessing Crockett will start the year on PUP (despite recent optimism), meaning they have Watson, Maxx, and Waller at TE week 1.

I also really don't like how Oz has been restructuring a lot of contracts lately. Even with the cap increasing in the future, you're giving yourself less cap flexibility down the road.

I feel your concerns but don't worry too much about it. Watson is on a year to year contract. He makes 3 mil this year and would free 3 mil next year if we let him go. It's a matter of having one of the better TEs in the game until our young guns are ready to carry the load on their own.

cap flexibility is what we lacked since wining the super bowl for various reasons. But looking ahead at next year's cap, we have a lot of room to manuver. pitta alone coming off the books will pay for all the restructures and Watson.

Ozzie does things in a certain way.  Sometimes the bpa formula doesn't seem to fit the player that we the fans want to see us draft.

It's called camp bodies we can have a 90 man roster until the beginning of training camp and as we know Gillmore and Pitta will Not be available so we really have 5 for now. like I said I in an earlier post Watson can help teach the young guys the position from a long time vet how to take care of your body which Gillmore needs and how not to be a knucklehead like Boyle so while I was not a fan at first I can now see the possible benefits of his move and also Waller switching having a teacher Will be a huge benefit for his learning curve

Way too early to be asking this question. No GM is perfect, fans get spoiled when we're consistently putting out solid teams that compete almost every season. How about we wait for a few years before starting this topic? Unless you just like whining. Many fans of other teams wish they had Ozzie.

The potential of Eric Weddle playing for us for several years is WAYYY BEYOND the potential  of  any comp pick we may get.
