Ed's son is a patriots fan?! Are you kidding me

I bet his son started being a fan  in 2013 right after his dad was ran out of B more.

Omg I'm so glad to hear about Ray Rice coaching in the NFLPA Bowl. I am still disgusted at "certain people" about that whole Ray Rice thing.  And also....

Peyton Manning has had the bad luck of being the 2nd best QB in the league, in the same division as the #1 QB in the league..Tom Brady... Crazy just thinking that If it wasn't for Brady, Peyton would have most likely had about 2-3 more rings than he has now Lol. Another Brady-Manning play-off match coming, and I got my money on Brady again.

Perhaps it was the "ran out of B more" part but I don't get the negs... sounds logical for his kid to pick a different team to root for after he left/wasn't signed.

Kids have minds of their own :)

So true cobrajet, kids can certainly have a mind of their own. On the flipside, there are kids like I was. I can recall that when I was growing up, my own opinions and passions were often determined by whatever my parents did or thought,......then I  made sure I did or proclaimed to think the exact opposite. Probably the only thing we agreed on was the Colts and the Orioles. LOL

Is it a coincidence that the AFC North, known for it's physical style of play went pass happy and then had plenty of QB injuries? One could say every team got away from their running game, and because of it, they find themselves starting backups and sitting at home right now.

Ed Reed son saw the tape of how belly-chick and Tom baby respected his father so much when game planning and said these must be smart guys I'll root for them now that my father no longer plays.

Ray Rice deserves another chance.... The fact the the NFLPA is willing to use him to help coach (mentor) youth players but the NFL has not allowed that door to open for him is just silly! Ray was wrong... he has done and continues to accept his punishment but where is the consistency throughout the league" ?

I know, it's disgusting how much (or lack of) media RR gets for his GOOD actions off the field...I guess bad news sells, but still.

I mean, RR is reinstated, but his career is most likely over. He would have been in his prime last year, but as of next year he will be on the wrong side of 30 years old. I would still like RR to have a comeback year though, even if it's with the Steelers!

They're consistent and always have been. They evaluate Ray the same way as anybody else with his issues...can he play well for us?

The tough part for Ray unlike a Greg Hardy is the most likely answer is no, he can't play. He plays a non-premium position where players of his current skill sets can be found annually and cheaply.

Honestly can't see a single football reason for any team to bring in Ray Rice.

rmcjacket23 Dallas Cowboys. Period. A back like Ray would flourish and they would have won that crap division!

He offers no skill sets that backs on that team don't already have.

And without Romo, no running back in the league was guiding that team to the playoffs.

Ding, ding, ding!  We have a winner.  Meanwhile, people are also saying that a player like Rice isn't that important.  Irony....
