@elliottraven l think Joey Bosa is gonna slip as well and will give us a chance to draft him. I hope so; so we could have another type JJ Watt on our team. :-)

There nothing Bosa could do at this point to lower his draft stock. He's had such a squeaky clean background, even if he got a dui or something, he will still be selected top 4

The combine will help solidify reasonable ranges to put these guys. I really like treadwell as an offensive pick, but I'd rather see us either hope Bosa slides to us or we trade back with a QB needy team like the Eagles, Rams, or Texans and get some extra early picks. If we could barter and get their first and second round picks, boy oh boy, we would be set. Just think of having 3 picks within the top 45 players. We could get a combo of Alexander, Ogbah, Floyd, Thomas, etc. wishful thinker no, but possible!

Pass rush is ok the Ravens revealed how to stop the squeelers and no one else can do it, denver barely got away with it but a four man rush no more than five is what needs to be ran in Bmore until the next Ed Reeeeeeeeeeeeeeed is found! If an individual can't get pressure on the QB with a four and five man front the Ravens don't need them! And we got tremendous pressure with whom we have now!

CSN's mock 3 has Lawson who in the championship game played with a minor injury but he's gutsy. But their mock also had Bosa to Cleveland, and before the Ravens they assigned Buckner, Stanley and Ramsey. All the regular early picks on the popularity polls. Meanwhile Walter Football has some insight from unnamed sources that Ramsey is over rated as a cover so as a CB he's not a top pick. With Webb in the backfield with less stress on his physicality I am guessing the contract he has and the view of the head coach will not be voting for a corner. The view from sports pages all season long has been they lack the pass rush with the absence of Suggs. Well he's back but now they suddenly think he may not be up to the task. I think they need a starter. Darn if Shazier didn't get better. I'm glad they'll pick ahead of the Steelers. Those bums almost got to Foxboro but that senior citizen in Denver held it together. Thanks Fitz!

And that's a shame, because as much as we are all about addressing weakness in the secondary, I'd love to see us be able to come away with a killer edge rusher with this high pick. I was hoping we'd be able to land a Von Miller or Khalil Mack type player with this pick, but there are no such players available.

8-8 Season here we come.

So you're saying we gonna be better :D

IMO, we'd have to have a third year of record setting injuries to just get 8 wins

First round pick will either be an playmaking WR or CB/S/FS. Only way Ravens draft pass rusher in first round this year is if they trade back. I would agree with Kipper for the what I think is the first time I can recall, that the pass rusher are good but not worth such a high pick. Even Bosa, was pretty quiet this last season. People are saying it is on purpose to avoid injury but that just leaves me with more questions about his passion, drive and staying power. If he was worried about injury in the college ranks, then how is he going to hold up in pro's. Pass rusher is a position that is not made better with the addition of a single player, gonna take a few guys and help in the secondary to force QB's to hold the ball that 0.2-0.3 seconds longer to get the rush home. Realistically, the young D-core we have will generate more pass rush this next season being wiser to the ways of the pro's. B. Williams, T. Jernigan will roll out the red carpet, and guys like Z.Smith and B.Urban are gonna make their presence known.

I watched the Az v GB game, the NE v KC game.... The Seattle v Carolina game and I am watching the Den v Pit game.., and one thing that stands out is the aggressiveness and down hill play of every defense. The defenses left are physical, fast and play down hill.... I cannot remember the last time I said that about our Defense! We look so soft compared to all of these defenses. SMH!!!!!!!!! DEFENSE WINs CHAMPIONSHIPS.... get rid of Pees!

i have been saying this for 3 years now. pees is not the guy to bring the bully back to this defense. we are stuck with him so for the sake of this team going to the playoffs and being successful i hope that with the addition of frazier and cullen to the staff and harbaugh saying the defense needs to attack more than pees gets it together and shows more aggressiveness. one thing  i saw the steelers and denver do and never saw our defense do was the cb blitz which was successful in the game yesterday. c'mon pees figure it out. big mistake in letting monachino leave. he would have been aggressive like pagano was. pagano knew this and offered him the job. oh well lets hope for the best

Just hoping that at least two or three of the teams picking before us feed their QB revolving doors with their 1st round picks, leaving us a top calibre pick at a position that we need.

And yeah watching Jaylon Smith's highlight reel I don't see the same monster physicality we see in Sizz and Doom, I see a pretty fast guy operating behind a pretty good DL ... and he's injured, no more of those please.

The win in Cleveland trashed our draft. We should have been 2-3 spots higher. The Ravens staff made some of the worst decisions in team history this season. Other GM's and coaching staffs are playing their cards better. When you have the opportunity to make a top 3 pick in each round and throw it away makes no sense at all. Now we can brag that it's our highest draft pick since Ted was here. If the Ravens staff had done things right we would be picking 3rd possibly selecting another Jonathan Ogden with our highest pick ever.

Mel Kiper should be doing the picking instead of Ozzie Newsome. Newsome has picked one all Pro in the last seven drafts, Mosley, and he can't cover anyone. Ozzie has blown more picks in those years is it any wonder our defense stinks? Wide receiver crap again. Good grief man. We are not New England and we don't have Tom Brady so stop the wide receiver crap. We need defense, pass rushers, linebackers, and safeties. Our defense has been allowed to go to pot with insane drafts.

Ravens will take the LT if they dont keep KO. simple math. They dont have enough $ to buy another guy with more talent than Monroe. So they will take the best tackle available. If KO stays that changes things. I could see them trying to get a pass rusher my making a trade, depends on if they think the WR, CB or Safety at 6 is worth giving up. That probably wont happen until draft day. They might have a contingency plan for it.

Don't quite get a lot of these points. the 4 games played this weekend, 3 of them 0ver 45 points were scored. The Denver/Pitsburgh game two QB's couldn't throw more than 25 yds. The Ravens had problems on all 4 planes this year. The D line was the strongest, often helped out by a fourth DB/DE and often was pretty darn good against the run. The LB core was inconsistent. I think it was primarily because of the loss of Suggs, he is so much the leader of that core that they were often confused as a team, they need to improve in pass defense! CB- we need help ! Safeties should improve now that they have a year under their belt and moving Webb will help. So CB is the focus in my opinion. CB's in Free Agency and CB's in Draft hopefully get us a couple good ones. Improve the coverage by 1 or 2 seconds you will get your sacks!
