Don't think Jack is worth more than Tunsil (pretty sure I said it before too). Tunsil is just as safe as it gets and has great movement skills for the position. I can get Bosa depending on what you're looking for, but not Jack. This is just a positional value thing.

Tradwell triggered a lot of red flags, confirming what was seen on tape. I think he is in for a huge drop unless his pro day numbers are a tremendous improvement.

You are way too low on Vernon Butler unless you forgot here? I think he's a top 15 pick maybe top 10. The more tape I put on, the more I like what he does.

I can see why you would have Tunsil higher than Jack, but I think the defense needs an injection of talent a lot more than the OL. Also drafting a LT means having to dump Monroe which I dislike from a resource allocation standpoint. Yes, Tunsil would be a better player, but that's a lot of cap and draft resources tied up in one position.

I don't see any red flags from Treadwell unless you think he is something that he isn't. He's never been an explosive WR, but he brings the overall package that profiles as a #1 WR. He has great size, elite body control, strong at the catch point, great hands, strong route-running, ability to pick up YAC. Worst case you're looking at Alshon Jeffery imo.

Vernon Butler had a poor combine and the tape isn't good enough to place him higher, I think he's a day 2 talent.

Ravens are pretty upset with Monroe's durability. Shoring up one of the most important positions period has value. I'm with you in taking my chances and betting on his health, but Tunsil is just too valuable.

I never thought Treadwell was a great athlete and do to this I never bought into drafting him as more than a mid 1st rounder. However, some of these numbers were exceptionally bad (33 inch vert and 9 ft 9 broad). A lot of teams are going to drop him on their boards due athletic cut offs. There aren't ,any positions where I think being a phenomenal athlete is important, but WR is on of them. Not sure I buy into his route running and YAC ability as much as you do. I was honestly hoping that his route running might be masking a better athlete but apparently not.

We definitely disagree on Butler for sure. I think his tape is much better than your giving him credit for. Would not shock me at all if he went in the first half of the first

Tunsil is the #1 overall prospect and there's nobody that's there with him for me, but there's a lot of very good, elite players at the top of this class. I am usually optimistic, but I think we have a snowball's chance in Hell at drafting Tunsil, so it's a moot point. He may as well not even be on the list.

Ramsey is my top overall player if I'm eliminating Tunsil, followed by Bosa then Jack. I'm basing this off of needs, of course, and while we need an OLB a lot, and while an OLB can improve the pass rush, which also improves the secondary, I just like Ramsey just a tad more than Bosa. Ramsey is so athletic but he's also got the capability to have great ball skills. He hasn't put it together yet, but his frame and ability to press are tailor-made for this defense.

I think Bosa & Ramsey are our top two prospects, and I feel good that one of them will be there when we pick. I think people are wrong when it comes to some of these predictions. I know the reports are that Dallas wants Ramsey, but I really feel strongly that they take Myles Jack or Bosa. I think they'll have Jack just a tad higher than Ramsey, though.

I feel better about Jack and Buckner being there at 6 than Bosa or Ramsey.

Ramsey is the class's premier athlete at a position where the league is starved for even average safety play. I honestly think the Cowboys will take him and either pair him with Jones or Scandrick at either position and just add athleticism to their secondary. Jack is a good linebacker, but their pass D was actually okay last yr all things considered (losing scandrick, offense putting the D in an abysmal position). On top of that, linebacker is actually a really strong position in this class so they may believe the drop off from Jack to X in the second where X can also include Deone Buchanon type safeties like Darian Thompson isn't that big a deal while the drop off between Ramsey or Bosa to the X/Y is.

I just can't imagine any scenario where Bosa gets past SD at 3 and if by some miracle he does, there is 0 chance he gets pass Jax at 5. The draft is strong in DT and NT specifically. SD can fix almost all of its defensive issues and get 1st round talents doing so by solidifying the DE spot with the best one in the draft by taking Bosa.

Jax is almost guaranteed to go pass rusher or pass defender (CB) imo. There's just too much of a gaping hole there. I doubt they look to FA again for the latter which makes me think draft and that they will reach, but no first rounder really fits the seattle mold for long armed corners so I suppose Jack is in play, but I just don't get the vibe they feel like they have to address that position early on.

I think we are choosing between Buckner and Jack at 6 personally.
