Mods how come this forum is connected to Facebook?

How can i block my account from Facebook? I can make mistakes posting on Facebook that ends up here. And politics are not allowed here. I have a lot of politics on my Facebook page. I don't want to risk being banned cause i didn't follow the rules. I got banned from cageside seats because  i got political on the wrestling forum.

Click on your name, then My Settings, then Edit My Profile. You can manage your Facebook connection from there IF your accounts are linked.
