Harbs, I thought you said last year that you wanted to be able to pass the ball more... something along the lines of "we have a QB with a big arm that we want to capitalize" or something. My assumption being why Trestman was brought here.

Not sure why you got the negs. considering all the injuries and bad officiating and still almost set a franchise record for yards. I am also looking forward to seeing what trestman can do next year

 I am not advocating buck as the 1, he is average, but that is all of our backs. there are only a couple 1 RB's in the league if our backs are average then why not have the WR's open it up for the run game, maybe I am wrong (please don't rip my head off)

but maybe this is what OZ talks about mentioning certain players needed.

 

No such thing as "WR's opening it up for the run game" lol. Its either you can run the ball or you cant. If you can run the ball then defenders will be on their heels and exhausted against the pass, if you cant run the ball then defenders will be all over your WR's.

I feel like we didn't see Kubs full offense. In HOU they tore it up with 2 healthy TEs, and Andre J. The same with trestman in Chi. Reason I say this Is because lack of talent on the offense. Also both teams have a RB that can both catch & rush. Not saying out backs can't but obviously forte and AF23 are the bell cows of there teams respectively.

just to name a few, but these are some passing QB's who pass 1st then run, now when they do run it needs to be effective.

maybe I said it wrong but it does work.

I cant really speak for Luck, but Manning and Brady have both always had good running backs

they have had average RB, except james with the colts
