Appears a segment of the fan base will never fail to seize every opportunity to bash Perriman.

Perriman was EXPECTED to be back at training camp within a week of his initial injury, then he was EXPECTED to play in the regular season at some point. Obviously, neither of those expectations was accurate. I know the season is over and there's really nothing else to write about until late April, but any time I hear projections or expectations about Perriman, I have to take them with a grain of salt.

A segment of the fan base will never fail to seize every opportunity to bash any player (right until he leaves the Ravens at which point he suddenly becomes a player who was a huge mistake to let go), Harbaugh, Trestman, Pees, Ozzie, the owner... and any fan who doesn't see that everything is going south in Batimore.

STOP!!!!! Just stop it. I'm not trying to beat up on the guy because I know he's taking it hard, but you can't even BEGIN to predict anything even remotely close to this guy playing at any point in time. I mean, he's still out with a "bruised knee" right? Any talk of him playing should be permanently shelved until he suits up and catches passes. That said, we are in desperate need of a WR in the offseason.

Perriman: I compared him to Torey Smith, except he was bigger, more aggressive, and even slightly faster. That's the player we drafted. No one could have predicted a knee injury, or how long it may take to heal. I assume they did an MRI, but even then there's a little guesswork as to how severe a partial tear may be....and the prognosis for healing.

Yea, shame, Perriman bashers. How dare you display your rightful frustration with the results of last year's draft? Hop aboard the hype train and pretend everything's sweet. The nerve of you sharing your opinions. Drink this kool-aid!

Honestly im taking these reports with a grain of salt, i wont be convinced these guys are ready to play until they actually step foot on the field and wont be injured for the first down they play. Especially with the type of season we had, im just taking the cautious stance here, no reason given not to.

Mink still drinking that purple kook aid. Permian had a whole history of injuries in colllege, high school, and yet oz still drafted him. We basically wasted a year already on him, and he was one reason why our offense stunk be he was supposed to be the burner after Torrrey left. I really don't want to see another article on him until he plays his first real game. Purple kool aid- how come Mink didn't mention all the drops he has in the preseason workouts? Based upon the article, it sounds like he's the next Megatron

Until he hits the field and actually produces, he's a non-factor and an after thought (or a 1st round bust). Prove something!

We had better start looking for a top notch receiver because no one really knows if Perriman will work out or not.

I hope he does like every Ravens fan but I don't get a good vibe after the way this all played out.

If it is taking him this long to heal from this injury, how long will it take him to heal from the next injury? cant help but wonder.

Yeah that is a concern , no doubt .

Believe it or not, but I actually don't think Perriman will get injured this year.

But then again, that's what I thought with Pitta. And Companaro. And Webby a few seasons ago.

The bandwagon fans are restless again. Apparently some think all injuries are preventable and that if you are injured it's has to be someone's fault and indicate one's shortcomings. Sounds right in line with the logic of being a bandwagon fan. If your going to judge someone for what they have not yet done then start with yourself.

note to Ravens, check injury records of all draftee especially first round picks.

I am sure it has been said before but he didn't have issues with injuries.

Everyone is entitled to their opinions on players but seeing some fans call him a bust before he plays in a game is ridiculous
