[News] Maxx Williams Ends Rookie Year On A High Note

35 posts in this topic

Last Sunday I saw the reason why we drafted Mad Maxx. It looked like he had ODB hands and could catch everything thrown his way. The one handed catch on his shoulder and the defender might have only been for 2 yards, but it was one of the better catches I have seen. He needs to be much more involved as a weapon next year. He isn't a rookie no mo.

Williams is a keeper... same with Gilmore and Boyle. Pita needs to retire and save his body. We are set at TE... need to get a number 1 receiver to replace SSS when he retires.

I was not the original poster, but if you and the others that agreed w/you bothered to read and comprehend the statement, you'd come to realize that you don't even make sense. Maybe try again.

I did read and comprehend the original post. It was only one sentence, it wasn't complicated, and I stand by my response to it. You can tell me I'm not making sense, but you didn't give any reasoning or logic as to why. "You don't even make sense" is nothing but a childish retort.

3 of those guys were on IR when Mallett played. Your comment doesn't even make any sense.

Typically, you and 14 others missed my point! But I'll not beef with you on this!

I don't think you had a point. I don't see how you can spin it to make it logical to say that Mallett "showed" Joe that other players can catch. Mallett was mostly throwing to players that weren't on the roster when Joe was playing, and most of Joe's targets were not on the roster when Mallett was playing.
