Bosa will be gone, but we have a good chance to get Ramsey or Hargreaves, I like A'shawn Robinson too, he can stop the run and rush the passer. We need to get a gamechanging wr within the first 3 rounds though.

One thing is for sure Oz is not gonna reach on a player this early in a draft. If the guy he was set on is gone and he thinks he can move back and get some extra picks and grab his second guy then he's gonna do it. Hope he doesn't but he does love his picks.

If there's a beast DL in the draft, get him one way or another.

Ohh man... Everyone screams bosa and Robinson... I scream deforest buckner... Yeah on some plays we will lose the leverage batlle and will get pancaked... But it looks like 90% of his snaps are knock backs and can shred one on one blocks... If we draft this kid No one will be able to run the ball on us next year Edited by gabrielgrissom

I love our D-Line, Guy, Williams, Jernigan, Carl Davis with a year under his belt, i don't think we go DL with this pick, i think we look for CB, or a pass rusher, we need to really get some ILBer's in camp, as Orr did okay, but with D.Smith getting up their in age we need to groom a stud to play next to C.J.....Just so hard to say, having watched a lot of Bowl games, there are so many players that stood out...Glad i don't have to make the pick....If Henry is there how do you pass, he is a thumper who fits our old school style of running, wear the d-line out and in the 4th dominate....

I'm not even going to imply i could do better than Ozzie. But i do wonder some times if trading back for extra picks is counter-productive. We end up with a lot of picks who end up being cut because we need to get down to a 53 roster. I think it would be better to have less picks, higher in the food chain, where we increase the odds of finding real talent. I know we find good people at all rounds of the draft, but odds are higher in the early rounds.

After this year, its hard to say where we DONT need a player. our QB is hurt, RB hurt, WR hurt, others cant catch, cant run, cant block, but we have a kicker YES! ...Our DL is very good, our LB struggle to cover and cant convert run option spread, our backs are suspect, our safties are suspect, cant intercept, get beat deep, but we got a punter YES! So If KO isn't a solid lock, we probably should look real close at an Offensive Left Tackle, gotta protect Joe and the backs or this team is dead in the water. Monroe is not the answer...may need to look for a trade for him somewhere else. If we can keep KO, then pick a great player!

1.) I think Web at FS is an experiment worth testing. Mentioned this a long time ago and think we could get our most out of him as far as value at FS.

2.) As we as Aiken has performed this season, how about Butler? He really stepped up and made some great catches. Really think he played himself to another season.

3.) see this as Upshaws last season, never was the pass rusher we needed and we manufacturer run stoppers so best to get value out of him as a future comp pick then keep on.

4.) If the money is there, I think its so worth going after KO. I think he has shown a ton of value at LT and LG, and even RT, even if it means taking a franchise tag, KO may be worth the cost. Having a solid LT is vital to survival in a tough AFC north and drafting a starting LT doesnt seem very safe.

5.)Biggest need I see is DB for sure, need more youth and speed playing along side Jimmy. Hope Will Davis comes back as well, he played very well before he got hurt.

Feels kinda crazy to say this, but its true- The offense is pretty set for next year with the exception of adding one receiver, and possibly a tackle depending on what happens with KO. Our runningbacks and tight ends going into next season look really good. I think the first pick almost has to be a defensive back, and Ramsey or Hargreaves would make the defense so much better immediately. In regard to cbrook1892 saying we have a need at safety- in Webb's postgame he seemed to indicate that the team is going into next season with him penciled in as the starting FS, moving to slot corner when they play nickel- that will take snaps away from Lewis and Hill, and essentially sures up the safety position and creates a need at outside corner, which sets up well for them to take either of the top 2 players with the 6th pick

One way to ease everyone's mind is try and sure up a position of need through FA if possible. And not get one of these washed up bums, so sicky of that. And please for the love of ravens football bring back Pagano!

Ajf3030, moving Webb to fs wouldn't be a bad move if they use him in a role like tyrann Mathieu. I think he might actually excell in that role

Ravensbest52- The schemes and the way he's used is going to be up to Pees, but he's been getting more and more snaps at free safety each of the past several weeks, and if you watch his postgame, he pretty much says that the decision to make him a free safety going forward has been made. I have thought for a couple years now that playing in a Woodson-type role (which extended his career as an elite player for years) would be great for Webb and the defense as a whole, but I also think its obvious that other things need to change in the secondary. Jimmy Smith indicated that the foot was a huge problem for him, and Arrington was just flat out bad, but the secondary still didn't play anywhere near their potential this year. Pees has some great blitzes dialed up sometimes, and great gameplans occasionally (see Pittsburgh), but there's no reason for us to have the talent we do have in the secondary and come up with 6 interceptions all year, and give up all the big plays that happened. I'll never forget the game-winner Green caught (which one??) where Kendrick Lewis was lined up in press coverage on him in the slot. That call was so bad, because Dalton obviously knows we're not putting our safety in man on AJ Green, so we pretty much told him that we were in zone. Green runs right by Lewis and right between Smith and Hill. Conclusion: An offer for DBs coach needs to be extended to Edward Reed

Ravens need a pass rusher, safety, and Wr. With the 6th overall pick, they should be able to get that in the first three rounds of the draft. Ravens need to start loading the roster with young players that can develop to pro bowl caliber. Guys like Webb, J Smith, and Monroe have gotten big contract eating up the cap without making an impact. Webb at safety is just to save the ego that OZ overpaid Webb. Other teams look for Webb is the secondary. He is a liability on the field and the CAP.

law215- don't overlook coaching and schemes; they impact the secondary more than any other defensive unit. We've got nobodies like Lawrence Guy and Zachary Orr coming in and playing very well in the front 7, but we're throwing everyone in the secondary- guys who have been very good players in the league- and none of them are playing well in Baltimore. Baltimore isn't like a cancer for DBs, we've had great ones- what's being done in the backfield needs to be adjusted. Webb and Smith both have sky-high potential. Don't judge Smith based on a year where he was coming off a Lisfranc injury and had no threat of a playmaking safety behind him. Webb had a pretty good year at corner this year, but once again, when there's no threat of a safety coming over the top to take away the deep ball, that makes a corners job much harder

I'm hoping we move back a couple spots, pick up an extra draft pick, and take Desmond King. When you watch the other top DBs getting interceptions, it's usually an errant throw by the QB that falls into their lap. King is out there MAKING plays, and I think that's what the Ravens really need on defense right now. We already have J-Smith on the one side doing a pretty good job shutting down the opponent's top WR, it would be nice to have someone on the other side that can play a little less safe and change the tide of the game.

I don't really agree that the Jimmy Smith was overpaid, but Webb is definitely getting way too much for someone who is essentially a nickle DB, and I know we needed help along the O-Line, but we definitely paid out Monroe too quickly.

Luckily we should have some extra cap room this year if we cut Monroe, and no longer have the Rice and Ngata dead money. Might also have even more if Pitta retires.

I agree that better coaching is needed. However, Webb is 176-180 lbs with surgically repaired wheels. He's done. A Safety need speed, size, and to be physical since they often pursue TE, provide run support, and tackle in the open. Webb doesn't have those traits (at not anymore). It's time for Ravens to move on if as fans we want to see our team win. Draft Bush, Ramsey, Kearse and get a pass rusher so our defense can improve.

I'd like to see us spend it on another Receiver. Maybe an OL, Left Tackle specifically, but definitely prefer a receiver.

With Maxx and Boyle combining with Gilmore, we have an awesome set of tight ends, a literal stable of RBs, a good transition playmaker receiver with Smith Senior returning, Receiver and O line are the only spots we got questions about the future at.

This is our chance to put our offense in position to be on par with Pittsburgh and Cinci. We do need some DB and LB help too, but We've always been able to turn out useful players at those positions from later round picks or people who werent drafted at all, receiver is our weak spot. Picking high doesnt guarantee a playmaker, but the odds of finding one are significantly higher when you do pick near the top, and receiver is the position we need that higher probability at the most.

1) Webb has already taken some serious pay cuts

2) Nickel corner is not just the 3rd best guy in your secondary in 2015. its harder to defend than the outside because you have no sideline to help you, and many teams put their best receiver in the slot in situations where they need plays. Webb is in the slot because he's the most versatile DB we have.

3) Webb's also playing some safety.

There's no doubt Webb isnt quite the same guy he was before all the ACL tears, he's still important to the defense.

Jags beat us, so why are we not ahead of them in the draft?

strength of schedule. they had an easier schedule than ravens so they got bumped up before us.
