I think my biggest concern is ironically the age and the compensatory pick factor. We could lose our KO compensatory pick because of this. I haven't heard much if any interest in Upshaw, and if Upshaw doesn't get close to Watson's deal, then I really don't see how we can offset this addition. Compensatory picks are awarded based on free agents lost - free agents signed. If you lose more than you sign, you get a comp. Unfortunately we're sitting at 0 right now because of Watson. If we don't sign someone in his range, we could lose our 3rd or 4th round comp for KO, which means we got nothing in return for him. I like the Watson signing otherwise. He's a good player. I don't mind the age, but the price and the age combined with the KO thing make me raise an eyebrow.
