The Indianapolis Colts do not plan on retaining Coach Chuck Pagano after the 2015 season.

Hmmm.  Even though he says he will not coach again..  Is it possible he does?

I don't believe that he'll retire. Sounds like lip service or an emotional response he'll likely forego when he gets offers from other teams.

Maybe he gets an offer from the Dolphins and he says how that job is a "dream come true." He may even get a DC job, maybe to return here, and he could then say he just wanted to return to the Xs and Os."

Don't read much into things until it happens and even then I'd wait because you never know.

I doubt he retires but who knows given what he's had to deal with these past couple years. He'll definitely get HC offers even though I think he's a far better DC than a HC.

Agreed. He took us from the vanilla Mattison and made us a feared team again. I will say, I believe Teryl Austin had some value in that defenses performance too

He won't be our DC.

lol what are they thinking with keeping Grigson

I think they could do better than Pagano in the long run considering they aren't a defensive focused team but with his success I can at least get why they'd keep him, but Grigson is absolutely awful.

I see what you mean but maybe they have the mindset they are easily more of an offensive minded team behind luck, lets bring in a talented D guy who can trasform our D to equal it out

They'll be drafting defensive players imo in the top rds
