KO is the beginning to some beautiful things! Pocket QBs better get it together because things are changing in the NFL and they're is no wall of china in the NFL "ESPECIALLY" in the north!

Give KO a big deal so he can be a bust the rest of his contract like so many other that we have over paid for

Except they can't run the ball.

According to ESPN, we're running the ball at an average of 3.9 yards per rush, this is not an awesome average, but it's good for me, the problem is that we are not running with the ball, again according with ESPN, we had 362 rushing attempts in the season so far, on the other hand, attempted 620 passes, I think this explains why we are at 24th in terms of total rushing yards, it's not that we're bad running, we're running too little, which makes sense when you're behind on the scoreboard throughout the entire season.

Face it... super bowl teams have one thing in common... a good OL. Flacco needs to help out with the salary cap so we can sign KO. If he won't... maybe, just maybe Mallett is a better option.

Problem solved. Trade Monroe, sign KO and keep the depth on the O-line with Jensen at LG. unless a Top 2 tackle falls to us I'd rather us get one past the second round.

KO is the real deal at LT.... Wagner is solid a RT and beginning to look healthy again. Uschel and Jensen can both be starters in this league... Yanda is one of the best to ever play... and when we get Zutah back we have depth. It doesnt make sense to let Monroe go but wonder if we can force a pay cut... thats a very good OL but this starts with re-signing KO to play LT...

Come on man, how many times have you seen the running backs stopped at the line? If you get stopped 7 out of 10 times but three runs equal 30 yards equals 3 yards per carry.

Your option would be to trade Joe if he doesn't restructure?  That's cool.  It would only cost us 26 million against the 2016 cap for a player that isn't playing, which saves us basically nothing as his cap hit is pretty close to that number.

So if you had a choice between Jimmy Smith and KO who would you sign?

KO .. Since Jimmy Smith is already under contract.

There are only two tackles in the draft ranked first rounders. Tunsil is out of the question. Stanley is a long shot regardless of the outcome on Sunday against the Bengals who may have to call in a favor from the Ravens to find a QB- lol. But two tackles who've garnered attention are MSU's Conklin and OSU's Decker who are potential round two picks Contract talk is premature but they made up their minds a long time ago that Jimmy is their man. KO appears gone but IMHO so is Monroe. I'll guess that it may be very hard to hold onto KO even if the stars aligned and Eugene were jettisoned after June 1. As far as I can tell they'd save substantially on dead money, over six million. That would open up possibilities but with all the PR for KO including this video on the page of the pancake he still had a negative PFF. For what it's worth they'd be better off sending KO on his way. From the moment he arrived fans around here predicted overnight Pro Bowler. He's good but with all their needs including the need to be cap space friendly u let him go for a big boy from the Big Ten. Besides Jensen has that same crazy look in his eye that Yanda does. U gotta make room for receivers and corners who become available in FA. They need someone who can play a role for a year or step in right away for Suggs in the first. Too many guys like Hargreaves have come and gone and never really mattered. Wait til the third for a gem corner.

That's a no brainer, KO all day every day. KO is what Play Like A Raven is all about. You hit his QB low and on the next play you're pancaked! Jimmy Smith plays on one side of the field as a WEAK side corner and is still just barely average. I rarely see any signs of Jimmy Smith Playing Like A Raven. Watch Jimmy square up on a receiver at the line of scrimmage and then not touch the WR as he starts his rout. And let's not even begin to talk about Jimmy's tackling skills.

Right. Then why and the heck do you give a deal like this to Jimmy?  Jimmy Smith signed a 4 year, $41,102,000 contract with the Baltimore Ravens, including a $13,000,000 signing bonus, $21,000,000 guaranteed, and an average annual salary of $10,275,500. In 2015, Smith will earn a base salary of $1,000,000 and a signing bonus of $13,000,000. Smith has a cap hit of $3,600,000 while his dead money value is $21,000,000.

Trade Monroe any chance you get. He is still a good young LT a team will want him. Sign K.O he is the future of this line, Yanda won't be around forever. Zuttah is decent but not much of an upgrade over Urchel. Joe does need to restructure because he's been playing like crap. Mallet actually had a sense of urgency to get rid of the ball and hit guys come NY out there breaks, must be his time in NE because Joe still hasn't learned this. Not saying Ryan is anywhere near Joe but I honestly do think Joe just hasn't been coached about getting rid of the ball faster, he just holds on a sec or two too long.

Does anyone seriously think Jimmy is worth this kind of money? http://overthecap.com/position/cornerback/ then check were he list in the stats. http://espn.go.com/nfl/statistics/player/_/stat/defense/sort/passesDefended Its bad deals like this and bad draft picks that I believe were just starting a history of consecutive losing seasons. This next draft is so CRITICAL. Jobs will be on the line.

Are you kidding me Jimmy Smith is one of the best shut down corners in the League. Before his injury last yr he was shutting down everyone and was rated by pff as the 3rd best CB in the league. This yr has clearly been a lack of a pass-rush and very poor play from our safeties and slot Cb. Bad coverage by our ilb also didn't help. My personal opinion is Dean Pees plays farr too much zone coverage and I see defenders out of place too often. So IDK who you blame so if the stuff I've seen this yr just boggles my mind. Kendrick Lewis was a horrible off-season acquisition, waste of money because we already had guys who can play his position. Hope we do away with him also, dude can't cover, tackle, catch, play the DEEPEST MAN! Dude has no awareness, should just had Levine playing.

If only Joe had a line earlier in the year he might not have gotten in the habit of ducking and running like he had to with Monroe and Hurst out on the left side. It also appears Wagner was still dealing with some lingering issues from last seasons injury and we can't forget Uerschel filled in for Zuttah and there was no drop off, as a matter of fact, there probably was an increase in talent at that position (once he learned to perfect the shotgun snap). Had we had this line in this condition earlier in the season, it may have been a completely different year and those couple games where we lost by just a few, had Flacco had a few more seconds in the pocket.... Next year lets get this line right before putting Joe back there and lets see if someone is willing to trade for Hurst. He has put more Qb's out of games (2) than our defensive has.
