To me, the grey pants with either purple, black or grey vests works best, except I would like to see how a grey pant with white stripes might look with a white jersey just to be sure!

I'm glad to see, that all those pants do have stripes. Finally the days of the Ravens wearing black ballet tights are over.

I agree the pants need stripes. We have the shield and striped pants always go good with a shield........IMHO lol

I like the black jersey/purple pants combination. The black jersey/grey pants looks to much like the Raiders and the Vikings already have purple jersey/purple pants. Ravens CANNOT wear those gold pants anymore. They look like a Raven and a Steeler had a baby.

I liked the gold pants, I think they went well with the purple. If the Chargers debuted their classic powder blue jerseys this year instead of 30 years ago, I'm sure fans would have gone WTH???

The "gold" looked more yellow on TV. Gold is the outline of the on both the team name and the Raven head, but I'd stick with the white, purple and black combinations. I chose #1, but I'd be okay with #7 too .. purple pants.

Purple pants are the obvious and logical choice. Where does grey factor in at all? Seems like it was just an attempt to come up with something in the absence of any other option that would actually be possible to coordinate.

Two additional points worth mentioning. First, it seems to me that the "default" image of the Ravens uniform ought to be black pans paired with purple jersey having black sleeves. It imitates the actual look of a raven. Second: If the organization really is so interested in jazzing up the uniforms they're probably better off exploring alternate jersey styles or maybe tweaking the purple a bit darker as opposed to trying to add foreign colors to the uniform scheme as dominant colors. It just ends up not making a whole lot of sense.

The color splash uniforms on Thursday Night Football will be mandatory in 2016. The Jets are the only team to change their helmet as well, to metallic green. We should look to make a statement. An idea would be to incorporate highlighter purple. The uniform could look like the color white under a black light- highlighter purple. Maybe the 2 stripes on the top of the helmet could be the same color? Maybe highlighter yellow accents where there is gold? Or just the purple if that looks too much. Just some ideas.
