Snap distribution for the young guys

Yes, I was referring to those plays and if he made them then he wouldn't be on the back of coaches minds. Same thing this year, in his limited time and I know this is not fair he has to make a play. If he is in the game then in order for him to get noticed is to make a play.

Look I like Brooks a lot, even in the draft he was one of my guys, but he just has not earned it honestly.

So look. He made two half bad plays as a young inexperienced rookie safety where he was in position and just failed to make the play. That is something that can be fixed pretty easily. At least he was in position to make a play (the most important part). If those two plays are still in the coaches minds and is why they aren't playing him, then we have the worst coaches ever. Everyone makes mistakes as I keep on saying and for a guy to make two half-bad plays in his rookie year isn't all that bad. For example of players making mistakes, Kendrick Lewis had one of those in position but didn't make the play "plays" in today's game which ended up giving them an easy touchdown. If Lewis is making the same mistakes then why isn't he getting noticed for it or putting a thought in the back of the coaches minds? Brooks was a third round pick, a guy with lots of potential, and someone who's been on the team for two years now and is hungry to play. Let him play and learn from his mistakes. That's the only way to get better and develop a player into a good starter. And from what I've seen of him on special teams and limited defense snaps (his QB spy role, etc.), he's earned a shot to be our starting safety, especially with us not being in the playoffs.
