Good call to the few who suggested during last off season that Webb be switched to Safety. It was more than one of you but I don't remember who. I expressed neither for nor against but do recall some suggested it. I want to acknowledge you here. Good Call, whoever you were!

Go back to good ol fashioned FUNDAMENTALS. Blocking, tackling, covering, catching. Stop making bonehead penalties. Running

backs learn how to hold onto the ball and pass protect. QBs be smarter with the ball and take what the defense gives you.

* Get Jimmy a solid young running mate to control the other CB spot

*Get some depth to keep Doom and Suggs fresh on the OLB Pass rush spot

*Start on getting backups in order for Web and Hill should they get injured.

*WR, WR, WR, and more WR's before TC starts. WR should be the deepest core outside of Pass rush and DB we should be pooling from in 2016. Flacco will more than likely redo his contract if he wants to avoid the season and injury he had in 2016(thanks Hurst). So hopefully we can use that money to get some vet exp on the Oline.
