What changes do you want to see for next year? (Merged)

1. Joe isn't going anywhere. No reasonable, intelligent human being thinks we should move him.

2. Forsett is fine and we have a pretty good stable behind him. Buck Allen was huge today. Yyyuge, I'm tellin' ya.

3. We've allowed the fourth fewest sacks and the ninth fewest QB hits despite having the SECOND most passing attempts in the NFL. If you think offensive line is a problem then you're just plain ignorant. Run blocking has been an issue, but it has gotten much better with Monroe and Hurst out of the lineup.

So... what else ya got?

We will revisit these in a  couple seasons 2-3.

Bring Tyrod back for his cheaper contract.

Realignment in the whole NFL. If the Rams/Chargers/Raiders relocate, then they can finally get things right. Ravens to AFC East, Bills to AFC North.

Ya know, i was just thinking about this.  Since Joe has been here, id like to see the numbers on the average wins between our division and the AFC East.

Well NE obviously has had success. Miami is eternally 8-8, Jets up & down, Buffalo mostly down last 10 years.

Pitt, Balt, & Cincy always winning, Browns always losing.

The North is clearly superior.

GET. RID. OF. PEES.

if you got rid of Pees you would be saying the same about his successor.

GET.RID. OF. LEWIS. as in Kendrick Lewis...then this team might have a shot

Im not sure if the Rams should move. If anything I could see Oakland going to LA and it not changing the alignment at all. Besides the Raiders have a far longer history than the Rams that were only there a couple years. I could see the Chargers moving to Vegas, not sure why thats dropped off? Months ago it was the big pushing idea of Vegas getting a team, now nothing its all about LA. Honestly the only move that even makes sense is the Raiders returning to LA. 2nd largest TV market, a team that has history there, and a team that finally seems to be heading towards winning seasons withCarr and Cooper.

However I do agree with a realignment, but that kills off some rivalries. What If we do switch with Buffalo for example. We lose that Steeler rivalry, nah Ill pass. Remember when we first came in and our biggest rival was the Jaguars and Titans? Sheesh. That would be awfully boring nowadays.

You can say what you want about pees and the lack of talent, but the truth is, he has a weak relationship with his players, he doesn't want input from them, he doesn't want to know what works best, he wants to call his Plays from his booth and claim the accolades when it works and blame the players when it fails. That's a pathetic coaching style and is pretty unprecedented in this franchise. And the best part is.. He has never coached a defense that has really even been worth noting, yeah he won a super bowl by the skin of his teeth, but let's be real and admit that it was an average defense with 4 legends and young studs throughout, I think the scheme may have been a slight hindrance. So back to my point about pees never fielding a special unit.. He blew many prime years coordinating behind the hoodie, the most well oiled machine the NFL has ever seen that is the patriots offense, was denied very possibly 3 rings because of pees' defense, the unit allowed an unheard of 2nd half comeback against indy, the following year they have up the drive to the giants, they missed the playoffs in 08 and the year after they couldn't stop the 2009 ravens even though we were completely incapable of completing a pass. His resume´ is God awful and we are seeing the same problems here now. We need to get rid of him before he wastes more prime years of our qb like he did to Brady

I think he was sent here by new england as a mole to infiltrate our organization and sabotage the defense from the inside out. Then about halfway through the season when are playoff hopes have already been destroyed - he does jusssst enough to be brought back on, gets us back to the number 1 passing defense so everybody thinks we can go into next year with the same players along with him..Then he just repeats the pattern. Genius I tell ya. Damn new england and there devious shenanigans. Edited by January J

Cut kyle arrington, chris canty, dennis pitta, then we should have some cap room available to sign some good players. We also have the luxery of having the top 10 pick for the first time in over a decade last time we had it we picked sizzle, im not worried about that, obviously restructure joe, as well. We need to create cap room and most importantly DO NOT BLOW this chance at the top 10 pick, this is a rare opportunity the ravens hardly get. Im obviously on the jalen ramsay bandwagon, but im open to bosa or hargraves. Ozzie isn't great drafting offense, he is better looking for offensive talent in the offseason, I hope he doesn't draft offense god help us then. We can't waste this we haven't drafted this high in a long time.

Can I add besides a new secondary coach and DC, Id like to see them cleanhouse on our strength and conditioning program. 20 guys on IR says somethings amiss. Sure not much you can do about someone getting rolled up on or a broken arm, but lets look at controlable things. Ill point to the overall sluggishness of the D. Weve been saying their overthinking and unsure, possible and likely, but what about Mosley and certainly losing a step? How about Jimmy? Oh that foot is still bothering him? When he was 100% cleared and a year and a half later? How about Webb? Clearly slower,by alot. Upshaw is a DT in a LB body. You could go on and on. We need to evaluate how were training players compared to other teams. Weve never had these kinds of problems. Players flying to the ball, and now theyre trying and a step or 2 behind. Something to look at for sure.

1. Restructure Joe's contract - Will happen

2. Sign Tucker to a long term deal, or tag him

3. Make a splash signing in FA (if possible) - if cap space and situation allows it. I feel this is a good opportunity to get a FA positional need filled and relax on the hoarding of compensatory picks since we are drafting so high. Not sure what the FA situation will be however.

4. Get healthy.

5. Have a great draft.

6. Have a better season for 2016.

I want a new WR and DB  coach, someone who can develop these young guys.  also would like a new DC with a more aggressive approach.

We literally just hired new WR and DB coaches last offseason and the offseason before. The WR coach is clearly doing well, and the DB coach should really be given one more season for a fair shake. The secondary did get much better towards the end of the season. Our young receivers are developing faster than ever (just look at Kamar), and it's difficult to determine how the young DB's are progressing because all of our starters in the secondary are experienced vets. It's too soon to fire either one of those guys.

No way we fire Engram. He's done great with what he has. Seriously, Daniel Brown, Aiken? Aiken bounced around teams before he came here and he's stepped up each year.

I'm not sure how to feel about Hewitt. You're right but here's the deal: do you honestly think all our coaches keep their jobs after this season? People lose jobs after these kind of seasons. That wasn't a rhetorical question btw.

I see your point, and I wouldn't be surprised to see Hewitt fired. However, Bisciotti doesn't fire anybody lightly. After we went 8-8, nobody was fired. Caldwell and Hostler just went different ways. This season was worse than 8-8, but hey. Most teams in the NFL do fire people after these kinds of seasons. I don't think Steve Bisciotti is the type to fire a first year secondary coach after an injury plagued season where we still finished with a top ten defense. Sure, Hewitt was the assistant DB coach for three years prior, but look at how well we developed DBs in those years. Pretty well if you ask me, and sure, you can attribute that primarily to Teryl Austin, but Hewitt had a part in that. Firing him would be a knee jerk reaction. I think Steve gives him a fair shake and gives him one more season. We just don't make quick decisions here. Steve is methodical and gives guys chances.

The WR coach has done well enough.

I really like what Bobby Ingram has done here. It's hard to vow for a positional coach but the players talk about nothing but great things him. I'm open to us getting a new DB coach.

I agree, I've pointed this out earlier but in our 8-8 season Will Montgomery was fired. I think some coaches won't be here after a while and yes, I'm pointing to our 5-11 record because in a down season some don't remain.
