Like I said before,Harbs inherited a contender with one of the top defenses in history.Now that it has been dismantled lets see what he can do from here.so far he's not doing too good. First we need to find an O.C. that just wants to pad his resume for a H.C.job.Stop the revolving door.Next,we need a fiery,no nonsense D.C.that wants to play to win,fire Pees and his play not to loose mentality.Bring in some coordinators who can teach these young guys how to play in the NFL,and make the older guys step up.Above all we need some Fire and Desire instilled and make these guys play the whole play until the whistle blows and not give up.But it all starts with preparation,from film and class room to proper blocking and tackling techniques
