So much for my prediction that we'd keep the one-score streak alive.

And last year was a mirage honestly. We lucked out playing the awful NFC South. Then we played PIT/NE who we always play well against. If we had beaten NE I have no doubt we would've lost to Indy in the AFCCG.

We played an inspired game vs The Cheats........but you're right.....we always find a way to play Pittsburgh tough..........they are good this year though........the next matchup should be entertaining.

If we don't rebuild this year all we will do is forestall the inevitable by a number of years. I hope Bisciotti understands where we are.

It's past time.

I disagree with that last part, but it's irrelevant now.

Look at our roster vs. PIT's roster. You can't tell me their defense is more talented than ours. And yet, they play much, MUCH better.

That's what having a competent DC does.

The good: It's over

The bad: The Ravens

The ugly: Tony Siragusa's attempts at commentary

I, too, love Russell Williams and Jim Harbaugh, Tony

They play better because their offense put pressure on the other offense to produce.  We cannot play with Pittsburgh.....with Big Has Ben in there................this next game is gonna be entertaining.

I predicted Seattle would beat us by 10 or more, though I was really leaning to the more..........to win like they did without a running back is a dagger

Even when Ben was out they did decently, so that's no excuse. Our defense was doing badly even when our offense went on a stretch of consistently scoring 25+ PPG. Zero reason to lose to teams like Oakland and Cleveland like we did. Blaming the offense for the defense being trash (ESPECIALLY since most of the major injuries this season have been on offense) is a copout.

We still are horrible @  safety mostly because of the Elam pick..........you still think he can start at 25 right?

So much anger and none of it because of this loss...  Football's been trash this season.  I hope Seattle, Arizona, GB, Buffalo or NY win it all.  Oh yea, wouldn't mind the Broncos, but only if Brock is QB.

Good: Another week over with

Bad: People's expectations we'll do better

Ugly: There's still 3 weeks left..

Daniel Brown and K. Aiken looked really good today Clausen did not play that bad considering the shape the Raven roster is in at this time.

He had a lot of overthrown balls but I agree that given the weapons we have to offer at this time, not awful.

Well don't know why anyone is surprised. Didn't we pretty much expect ugly given the fact we've got 3rd stringers and PS guys out there?

Except for maybe the blind Pees followers who believed our defense was vastly improved and ignored the fact we'd played the Rams, Browns and Miami - I guess they're seeing the light today.

We aren't fielding an NFL caliber team at this point guys. Injuries have taken and continue to take (Canty hurt now) their toll. It is what it is and the draft should be fun!

People who need to be fired:

Deen Pees

Secondary coach?

Strength & Conditioning unit

Medical staff

Everyone on offense except maybe RB coach.

Marc Trestman , let's run to the left on critical 3rd downs , gotta go . We only have

A Pro Bowl guard on the right , maybe the best in the freaking league .

I've seen enough to know he's not the answer here .

In my honest opinion this is giving the owner, front offices and coaches a chance to figure out who they want to try and keep around and who they want to let walk next season. It also is giving them a chance to really evaluate the whole roster in real game action and see where they need to focus in the draft.

Not to mention the consistent throwing of little 3 yard outs on 3rd and long.

The Good: It is a good thing they flexed this embarrassment out of prime time. Sorry, other than maybe Koch, that's all I've got.

The Bad: The bend but don't break D was more like broken to little pieces. The tandem of zero pass rush and poor secondary play combined for a total disaster today

The Ugly: QB situation. Everyone will be screaming for Renner for next week. Sadly I can't imagine it is going to look a lot different.

Well the refs showed up again with the roughing call against Webb. However they seemed to call it more fair today than in the past.

Agreed. The Seahawks faced a bad Ravens team and a MIN team missing their best 3 defensive players. Not impressed.

As for us, you want to know how bad our defense is? Fun stat from another Ravens forum: the Chargers scored 26 points against us. They have scored exactly 3 POINTS in 3 of their last four games.

ok hold on. yes we faced a depleted ravens team, but at minny our defense pitched a shut out.

Was strictly talking about the offense.

Well, today we had a game (unlike in previous games) where bad calls weren't going to cost us the game.

For the record though, I don't want it to sound like I'm dismissing the Seahawks. Just noting that I saw this last year with Ben throwing 6 TDs in back to back games against depleted Ravens and Colts teams. So I'm proceeding with caution before crowning anyone.

Yes!!! They did call a fairly fair game I just had to mention that Webb was kind of messed over on that call and I will be shocked if his wallet takes a hit after the league gets to look at the play again.

i agree. all of us seahawk fans agree. we are just happy to move the ball instead of run run pass punt. bevell is really opening up the playbook. now with rawls done for the year we are going to need another back. we are built to run first. lynch's status is unknown right now. some of us are talking about ray rice. he was good right? if we do go down that path we would get him cheap. that incident is long and gone. time to move on.

It is hard to say right now but I can see them maybe letting Canty go just because his age he has played good at times this year unlike in the past also maybe A. Brown it could be a stretch but Elam too  and maybe thinning out the RB's I honestly don't know who would be the odd guy out there. They could also look at Pitta and that's purely for health.
