Le'Raven Clark - OT

21 posts in this topic

It's easy to pick the first 10 picks of the NFL draft , but what about the 4th and 5th rounds? Eugene Monroe on IR and only playing 17 of 34 games for the Ravens .I think its time to look at left tackle for the upcoming draft. With a name like Le'Raven ! Why not ?

He's not a45th or 5th rounder though, he's getting 2nd round buzz and he's a guy I would actually like to see his combine first because he looks like he could be out of shape

Idt he played that well vs ogbah

it was a back and forth game, he made ogbah look overmatched quite often but also got beaten pretty bad on a few occasions. I'd definitely give that matchup to ogbah

He won't go higher than 4th round unless he gets in shape for the combine. You can play like a Raven or have Raven in your first name -)

Being out of shape could actually be a good thing. Because when a player is decent while out of shape, he will be phenomenal if he makes the commitment to get in his best shape. Maxx Williams is going to be awesome when he gets In shape. Will play at 4.55-4.65 speed to go with his smooth routes and Hands. As well as a very competitive blocker. The ravens 2TE sets are going to be a tough matchup run or throw!!

Senior Bowl Today ! and La'Raven Clark played like a 4th round pick ! I'll see you guys after the draft -0 .

Unless the team that selects him can majorly improve his footwork and agility I don't think he can be a tackle in the pros. Can become very good guard though - he's nasty in the running game.

lol I figured as much. I am quite sure you are happy Harbs challenges players to get in their best shape like no coach can. Have you soured any on Hargreaves. I am actually warming slightly to Ramsey as long as we keep the OLine intact and acquire a #1 receiver in some way be it draft sign or trade. I am confident Harbs and the coaches can turn Marqise into #1 on par with Beckham. I am liking Thomas as well for a trade up into late round1. He has ball skills like Devante Parker yet is a more fluid and sudden route runner and after the catch runner.

Spence was crushing him in practice

I was all about Treadwell at 6 but I am warming up to Spence after watching some tape on him. Never can tell what Oz will do but as long as he hits big I am happy

You called It ! He is not NFL ready and would be a late round pick for us at the end of the 5th round with a comp. pick !

I like Spence also , but his off the field problems may get a pass from the Ravens.

Yeah I never understood the hype. He was projected as a 2nd rounder but I wouldn't even touch him until the 5th and I felt that way long before he got worked up and down the field for a week lol

The Ravens could coach him up in two years ,but at what round would you waste on a test dummy ?

He was the physical tools, but you are going to need to invest a lot of time in his development. That makes him a Day 3 guy in my book and you have to trust your OL coach in order to pull the trigger.

I like Willie Beavers, he's raw but he has athleticism, power, length and isn't too tall to play guard. I think he's a lock because he has a base skillset to play any position except center.

Germaine Ifedi too.
