Not all backups are created equal and it really does depend on which position you are plugging the backups into.

Don't see why we don't just give Renner a shot. Clausen is 1-11 with a career TD/INT ratio of 5/10. Can't get any worse.

Clausen holds onto the ball for approximately 5 minutes on every single pass play.  Does he know that he is actually supposed to throw the ball?
