[News] Kendrick Lewis Chasing More Turnovers

23 posts in this topic

Lewis wasn't very impressive, not to say disappointing this season. Considering we brought him here to be a leader and a coach on the field he looked to be out of position on too many big plays. He plays pretty inconsistent if you ask me. Don't think that Ozzie had this in mind when he got him. Guess you can say "Not produced enough" is an understatement in Lewis case... but it is good to hear that he tries lol

It's week 14, if u still chasing turnovers at this part of the season then you're not doing your job. The real question is why Terrence Brooks isn't gettin any reps at free safety. Matt Elam and Kendrick Lewis are the same players. He's a high draft pick at 4-8 let's see what what he can do. If u have to play Webb at Safety on 3rd and long then that means your current safety isn't performing well at his position.

I agree. Why don't we get Brooks more reps. He needs to get on the field and he can't do much worse than Lewis. For the rest of this season we should also give some young players a chance and see what they can do!

another questionable move by the front office bringing lewis here. hope he is better next season with a new def coord that will run organized chaos

The Ravens should commit a turnover and cut him now. He's worse than Stewart was last year. Might as well give Brooks experience and let him play. Lewis is certainly not the answer.

Lewis can take Arrington with him. Their both busts. The front office hasn't looked good with those moves, as well as, drafting projects like CB Walker and the OL Thunder Thighs kid that's been on the practice squad all year.

I agree. Get him on the field for the last four losses, I mean games.

Does anyone think John Harbaugh going to say this guy is a complete moron? Coach speak at its best. I would rather him say nothing

Players shouldn't be proving themselves at week 12 to try to get re signed next year. They should be proving themselves week 1, and constantly improving. Then you'll really get the Money.

If he can start playing better in the back-end maybe I would say good things. He has just been horrific in coverage this yr. I know a lot has to do with not creating much pressure early on but I think our D has turned up a notch the last month. Pees needs to dial up more pressure and experiment some the rest of the yr. I want to see Za'darius Smith and Carl Davis get more time on pass downs. Iodise won't be around forever. I want to see Courtney with his hands in the dirt also, I bet he would thrive there.
