[News] John Harbaugh On Brutal Final Stretch: Stick With Us

27 posts in this topic

Rest assured John Harbaugh. This fanbase will stick with the Ravens. They're a fanbase that loves the Ravens regardless of who's playing, coaching, wins or losses! That is why we fill out the stadium year after year after year since inception!

We're with you all the way Coach and we'll also be watching very carefully on some of the younger players getting a chance to perform. In April, the FO will even be more closely scrutinized.

No matter how many losses or how poorly the team plays at times, my passion for our team has never waivered, nor will it. I am behind this team 100%. All I need to get through this year is to know that the team will play with heart and play to win for the entire 60 minutes, regardless of the outcome.  Proud of this team for sticking together and fighting through every obstacle and disappointment thrown at them.

I'll be there and I'll be just as loud as ever. All that matters is this Sunday. As the great Ray Lewis would say, " Don't worry about tomorrow, tomorrow ain't even here yet !"  :D

We're not going anywhere, John. I planned a trip to Baltimore for the KC game. Sure, when I got the tickets in August, I thought I'd be looking at a game with significant playoff implications ... for both teams. No matter ... I'll be there and I'll be loud as ever.

That'd be nice if they could upset Pittsburgh. Of course, barring the chance Cincinnati rests their starters, we should lose all these games. I'll still support them through it all though, as I know all the other true fans will.

My sentiment exactly Salamander!  Also the players on this team have learned a myriad of valuable lessons throughout this year, too many to list, that will surely serve them well in upcoming seasons.

Despite how bad this season has been, I doubt we'll go winless in this last stretch of 4 games. And I'm gonna be present at every home game.

I'm always watching my Ravens and I'm always cheering for my Ravens.  That's a given!

Having said that...besides them playing with heart and effort (cause their grown men with families watching) these last 4 games....I really don't see them getting past any of these 4 teams left on their schedule and could easily see them ending their season with a 4-12 record!  The sad thing for me is that friends of mine who cheer for other teams mentioned this type of "record" for the Ravens before the season even got started and anyone got injured.  Talk about bold predictions coming true!  Wow!

Sad how many empty seats there have been this year. The Rams game was horrible not to mention all the fraud fans(?) who left early. A whopping 25,000 at the end to see Tucks game winner. Just hope the Steelers game doesn't turn into a "Home Game" for them.

LOTS of spoiled Ravens Fans(?)

How right you are Grapple about the value of all the experience and lessons learned this year.  There could also be other unforeseen positives we can't envision, until the next season plays out with the benefit of hindsight. I don't feel all doom and gloom about next year, I feel that this bump in the road will smooth out soon. Plug some holes,  get relatively healthy, draft and trade wisely, etc.. and the Ravens will be back strong next season.

The last 4 can't be any tougher than what the league scheduled us in the first 7.......We got this, we will compete to the end as usual, because that's what playing like a Raven is all about, and this team has been doing it all year...Not the results we wanted, but it will payoff next year...

We are t home for the vast majority.... Any team in the NFL can pull off an upset... and then in an environment that has proven to be a tough place to win. Seattle is traveling across the country (a tough task for any team). Pittsburgh is a rivalry game and we can throw records out the window in those. The Bengals could be resting players in the final game that will probably be meaningless to them! and the Chiefs coming here are playing well but they are not strong where we are weak. They don't light people up in the passing game (where we have trouble stopping people) We have no trouble stopping the run... and we have them at home. that is a very winnable game. If we could go 4-0 in the final for that leaves us at 8-8 on the season (that would be unreal to not have a losing season after all that has happened). If we could go 3-1 that means a 7-9 season and still respectable considering. 2-2 would put us at 6-10 on the year and TBH a play or two away from a winning season. I could live with that. 1-3 leaves us at 5-11 and better then some would think but no acceptable in BMORE. and finally an 0-4 stretch would leave us at a franchise record worst of 4-12. With the amount of talent that we have (and even still have) that is unacceptable and serious changes should be demanded for next year. I say we will go 2-2 leaving us a 6-10.. and if one of those two mean a clean sweep of the sqeelers.... I say this season was a success (all things considered). TBH... if we go 1-3 for a 5-11 record by a clean sweep of Pittsburgh.... I can even live with that!
