Next year looking very bright

I've learned to tune out a lot of Winchester's ramblings, but to be fair there were a fair few people in the DRoY thread last year in particular saying CJ deserved it over both of them.

Your not alone not wanting to hear truth and logic!! lol BTW Jernigan looks very good!! Both on the field and physically!! Looks lean strong and explosive. If he keeps up his work ethic I believe he hits 10+ sacks next year and pro bowl consideration. I heard his off season work ethic is out of this world. He looks much leaner and stronger than he did at Florida state!!

I've yet to see a single person on the forum or otherwise say CJ is better than Mack or Donald.

DROY thread  from last season.

quite a few where not impressed with mack and pointed at his stats.

same where also downplaying what donald did as well.

was quite hilarious to read TBH.

Anyone have hopes for Jeremy Butler to continue to contribute.  I honestly didnt get to watch the game but his stat line isnt too bad.  Maybe him and Aiken can provide a good 3 and 4 hoping BP becomes a 1 or a 2 and us picking up someone else.

Edit* i would love to know what Oz offered the Raiders to move up

Mmmm I do not know much about him. But not many undrafted receivers do anything big. And Aiken is already surprising us with his leaps. A bigger help to ravens Campanaro can change his approach and avoid injuries. He has legit separation burst, shifty savvy routes, deep speed, athleticism and flexibility to adjust to errant throws. If he could play and practice a full year he could really figure out how to apply his skills and make some leaps because he has the smarts and savvy. Campanaro,Aiken and Boyd or mike Thomas could be a nice trio. And considering Maxx will run routes and play like a receiver once he reshapes his bod this offseason.(if he ran a 4.7 out of shape, he could realistically run and play at 4.55-4.60 once in top shape) Not a big fan of pro day Perriman. It looks like he could very well have some knee issues before he even takes Hits in football. Not to mention he did not play to his 40 or show savvy or refined routes considering his father played receiver. Of course ravens fans hope he proves us wrong. But I just see it a mistake to count on Perriman going forward.

As for what Ozzie offered. I would guess the raiders laughed at his offer. When considering Biscotti called him a pick wh**e on a couple of occasions. And he has tried to move up before on a couple occasions before and failed miserably. Ravens scouts including Biscotti's 2 most trusted scouts pretty much unanimously liked Mack even better than Clowney. So I dunno, perhaps Oz and Decosta did offer something significant.

I love what ive seen in Camp when he actually plays, but i will never feel confident that he stays healthy for a full season.  He has been plagued with numerous injuries of different kind, i have more hope with BP than i do with Camp staying healthy honestly.

lol you may wanna reconsider that. At least Campanaro has played. Not that he can brag lol. Campanaro is very comparable to Tyler Lockett. Lockett is slightly shiftier in tight spots but Campanaro has a little more top end speed. Lockett for all his burst has been caught from behind in his top gear many times. I have never seen Campanaro caught while in top gear. He also ran sub 4.4 before. For my money Campanaro plays faster than Perriman.

The only reason i say that is because BP has had one knee injury so far, albeit the wierdest injury of all time but it was just a knee thing, of course it can happen again.  The thing that scares me about Camp, theres just so many issues he has had.  I have no doubt that if he plays 16 games he can be our legit number 2 guy, i love the kid's talent, sadly i just never see him being healthy for a full season.  I feel like he is a poor mans Amendola, considering the health issues, i think Camp is more talented.

Campanaro can´t stay healthy for 5 minutes…neither can perriman though. No big future for the first guy mentioned from my point of view...

we will never know…he just can´t stay on the field for longer than 2 weeks...

i agree with your premise on Camp.  But we cant say that about BP.  That means you would have to say the same about Benjamin, K White, Donte Fowler, etc...its one injury.  If he keeps getting injured, then yes.

Last year during Roy race many were saying it. And I would trade every player the ravens got in 2014 draft for Kalil Mack!!

I had a bit of a Hiatus last year so I guess I missed that but whoever said that knows nothing about football. Donald and Mack are notably a tier above CJ no offense to him he's just not on their level.
